"just back from a few nights! hotel is excellent with just enough scottishness without being sticky. the rooms are excellent with large comfortable beds and eating is fantastic with generous portions. the best part of the stay however was the personal. relaxed, friendly, helpful and attentive, without being there. Awesome little hotel in the middle of nowhere. Not because of the beautiful scenery. Not because of the quaint style. No, because when I arrive at 10pm after a 10-hour drive they open the kitchen and make me a steak! View menu

I held my wedding at this hotel, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day possible. The dinner was delightful, and the breakfast was exactly what we needed after a wonderful night. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely hotel. Amazing views. Lovely people/staff. Breakfast is to die for. Rooms are very clean and adhere to all your requirements. I put my head on those super soft pillows and drifted off to sleep straight away. Perfect location for a lot of activities i.e. Walking, cycling, climbing and boating etc.
