"we went to Mother's Day and the menu for the day looked fantastic. the service was absolutely on the place and the food was to die. it is not the cheapest, but it is not extorting. they pay in a round for good quality eating. Fortunately barclaycard paid for my meal, so may have to wait a little before being back, but fair to find an independent pubetized that eat this standard is a rare. well done to all staff and especially cook. If they want to take someone for a nice meal, then they go here because they don't regret it."

We had a nice Sunday roast at the Crown Inn. The service was friendly but it took a long time to get our food. The food itself was OK. Not bad but also not particularly great.

Good for all ages. Children’s food as well as food for grownups. Only criticism is that when there are a lot of people it is very noisy as there is nothing to absorb the sound.

this place is great, eating is good especially the pizza, garden is great for children and dogs are welcome. best but are the friendly and very accommodating staff! nothing was too much annoyed.

The Crown is a great country pub, with a good Sunday roast and a broad enough menu to keep everyone happy. We love the children’s menu, the board games we can get out, and the family-friendly environment.

this was our second visit, and we enjoyed it as much as before. the food was especially the spicy pumpkin soup delicious. our waiter connor) was friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu.

Unfortunately The Crown Inn wasn’t serving food from their menu only BBQ, which was really disappointing. They were v apologetic but Open Table should not have taken our booking because this was misleading.

came here a Sunday with the family and had the most beautiful frying dinner! we had some appetizers that were very tasty and cheap and then a very big frying dinner with lots of meat, sweet and extras! I would recommend to eat this place very. friendly staff and a very warm atmosphere! I'll be back soon! xx

Impressed by this 'small ' country gastro pub... A warm welcome from staff on a dismal autumn day... Friendly helpful staff and a tasty Sunday lunch... Lovely surroundings and although busy this did not distract from the friendliest of staff or the quality, presentation of the food... This is a must go back again place...
