Welcoming staff greeted us, the setting is calm and charming, and the food was outstanding. Beautifully presented plates of wonderful flavour combinations.

Excellent service and food. We will definitely eat here again and recommend you to our friends. Plenty of space between tables without losing the intimacy of the restaurant. Overall experience very good.

what an amazing place in petersham. an old structure lovingly restored to fit with food. elegant, entertaining, attentive service, excellent presentation, excellent eating. superb, delicate eating from beginning to end. I did it!

Lovely restaurant layout building, very comfortable atmosphere. Tables are a little low for those with longer legs trying to tuck them in though! Food was delicious with great flavours but found portion size to be rather small for the price.

Lovely welcome and atmosphere in an Arts and Crafts style converted pub. The Dysart was everything we had hoped for, delicious food, catering also for food intolerances, service impeccable although perhaps a little bit too hasty with delivery....We were there for a family celebration; it was perfect! A nearly hidden gem of a restaurant! The dining experience was welcoming and relaxed from the start, easy to park, beautiful garden entrance, peaceful, nicely spaced tables so you could hear yourselves talk. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly we chose to have the tasting menu for 4 of us accompanied by their wine matching (although we were intrigued by the idea of the beer-matching too Each dish was exquisitely presented and perfectly cooked hard to choose a favourite' as each one was perfect and served at suitable intervals. Cannot praise it enough! Perfect for special dinners would definitely like to return.

we had the tasting menu (but did not have the wine flights, so can not comment on the pairings.) we have several tasting menus and the dysart is exceptional. British cuisine with Asian influences, each cure of the ten had told us "oh wow." a very small nit is that there is a lot of food and we leave the table groaning (which is easy to leave).) the menu changes seasonal, so it is hard to say what they have. the hits for us were the soup soup with smoked aal; the dampened cable; and, the lamb and aubergine. but really every cure was excellent service was attentive without floating, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly so that we speed up the courses. the dysart would be a good choice for...

I have eaten here several times and everything was excellent, but at this opportunity the tasting menu simply did not fit to my previous experiences. everything was a little strange, the dishes were underseasoned and very strangely flavored in some curses. a strange metallic taste penetrated certain dishes. the food was well baked, especially the broth, but the lamb was hard, cordy, chewing and very underseasoned. I could not identify why among seasoned foods could produce a very strange after the taste. desserts were presented beautifully, but rather tasteless, suggesting that something was disturbed in earlier curses with my taste buds. the rest of the party felt very similar. service was...
