"Ordered the lunch special of the day ham quiche with salad. The quiche was not just burnt, it had been incinerated. When we remonstrated with the owner/manager(? , his response was yes I knew it was burnt, but no one else has complained. No apology. There is a wide choice of eateries in Wadebridge, so suggest unless you love burnt food and unapologetic service, you seek out the competition to the Craraway Cafe."

"**Dining Experience**: Lunch **Price Range**: £10–20 I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for lunch, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, making it an enjoyable meal from start to finish. Equally impressive was the service, which also deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. "We are regular visitors to Mad Hatters. Now three years since Sharon and Chris took over. We go for lunch and regularly are treated to one of Chris’s specials. Either soup or mackerel pate are fantastic regulars. However there are occasional delights like moussajka, lamb hotpot! Well worth looking at the specials board. Always a warm welcome from Sharon and super service. For us a wonderful regular treat!"

"We booked a table for 2 for 6 p.m. When we arrived,we went to the bar and told the person who we were and he then asked if we wanted drinks before he picked up the menus and asked us to follow him to our table. We were told that he or a colleague would come and take our order shortly. Once our order had been taken. We only had a short wait. When the food arrived. We were impressed! We had gone for the set menu of starter, main meal and dessert. The starter was a good sized portion as was the main and dessert. The food was very tasty. The pub has a narrow walkway up to the dining area. It 's just wide enough for one person. Once you are in the dining area there is about 8 tables. There was an additional seating area beyond the first dining area and there was a small beer garden. The staff were all very nice and polite. They all seemed very busy and very happy to help. There wasn 't a huge wait between being served our food and the plates being cleared. Everything seemed to work really well and the tables were cleared quickly for the next customers. There wasn 't a lot of space in the bar area but it was enough for the people wanting to stand and drink at the bar. There are toilets. There is a sign in the first dining room which points to where they are. As nobody in our party used them. I just know there are toilets in the Inn. We were staying at the local Premier Inn and because they couldn 't book us in to their restaurant due to a lack of staff. We booked a meal at the Ship Inn. We certainly were glad we did. It certainly was Premier Inn 's loss The directions said that it would take about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel and it was exactly that! The Ship inn is a great eaterie and the staff definitely deserve recognition. A great evening."

"Literally the best Thai curry I have ever had. Panang lamb is to die for. home-rolled fresh spring rolls delicious, and incredible value for money. I will be eating here once a week minimum going forward! Update: Well, true to my word, I returned to Tiny Thai some what sooner than expected Tonight I opted for the spring rolls again as they were too darned good not to, with the specials board getting a visit with 'chicken jungle curry ' being my pick of the mains. Lovely spicy punch to the jungle curry without being too much, with a delicious fruity flavour in the background keeping your pallette from struggling to cope. So far I am a huge fan of all I 've tasted, I look forward to getting to some more of the menu next week."
