"at the beginning I had a special from the table bowl on cuvettes, garlic, thymian and blackbean butter. that was my favorite court of the night. the other starter was garnel cocktail with puy lenses, estragon and limette. I then had filet made of gray sole with cap and dill cream and chips baked. I guess the wonderful crispy chips were boiled three times. there was a heroic plate of barra scallops with apfelsalat, honey, ingwer and limette. we went to ice cream desserts that are looking for something easier, but we got some special desserts. the roasted coconut ice cream with pineapple, mango and limette was like a caribbean dessert cocktail. thorntonhall ice cream with puff bonbon and bitter chocolate sauce was the perfect end for my meal. what a wonderful place the fish people cafe is – it makes it in my top 5 favorite glasgow restaurants."

I love this restaurant! but you must be a fish lover. while I usually had cullen skunk this time, I had the smoked soup and soup that was excellent. will definitely be back at another visit in glassgow.

This place is always excellent. I have been several times and every meal has been perfectly cooked with delicious flavours. The food is consistently fresh and wholesome and is well worth the moderately expensive bill.

Ordered on the 12/06/2020 arrived on the 13/06/2020 @7am with a happy driver, what a fantastic delivery time . All the fish vacuumed sealed and ready for the freezer. Obviously have not eaten any yet but on visual appearance can’t wait to try . Would definitely order again .

Saw this place on trip advisor. Went tonight and can honestly say it is 10/10. I’ve had many great meals in Glasgow but usually there’s something that doesn’t stack up. Maybe the desert isn’t top notch or the starter is a bit non descript. The food here is simple and perfect from start to end, the service professional, and the decor simple and elegant. One of the few places we’ll definitely revisit.
