"recently I won two meals in the fountain, and I booked for nasty and lunch there today. we arrived a little early, but sarah expected us, and she and her colleague, also sarah! led us through the table they had reserved us. we have been made to feel very special, as we have ordered our drinks and enjoyed them while we chose our meal from the menu, which was not easy, as there was a series of our favorites! at the end I went for the beautiful extra large rugged cajau and three times boiled chips, while nabeby for the ultimate fish and chips plastered. they came sharp and freshly cooked, look and smells very appealing on large wooden boards, and we tucked happy! both meals were really delicious, fresh and delicious, with crispy teig and chips, and we are all shredded greedy. many thanks to the fountain inn that they have chosen me as victorious, and many thanks to the beautiful, friendly and very helpful sarahs that made our visit a real leak! I recommend the fountain inn!"

Absolutely perfect dog haven! Lovely room, location, food and the staff were exceptional. Cowes has 64 places to have a drink (so I’m told). Absolutely incredible find.

Great location situated right were you catch the Red Jet Ferries , Nice bar food menu and dog friendly with there own Dog Food menu including Ice, Creme. The only issue here was the beer quality wasn't great, Draft peroni didn't taste like peroni even after it was changed. All in All not bad priced and decent food.

My husband and I stayed here back in July of this year as part of our honeymoon celebrations. We were instantly welcomed by friendly and approachable staff that made us feel relaxed. We slept very well in our room. The food at dinner and breakfast was very tasty. Our stay was very pleasant. Staff had expert knowledge of the island and were able to help us navigate and explore areas of interest this was really helpful as we’d not been to the Isle of Wight before. We have already and would continue to recommend The Fountain Inn to friends and relatives. Thank you!
