I ordered from this place for the first time. At the time of ordering I specifically asked for as little oil as possible in my special chow mein and special fried rice, when I took delivery of the order and opened them, you could literally see the rice/chow mein swimming in oil. Couldn’t eat it all went in the bin

The wrong order was taken and I received raw meat. The woman who answered the phone was rude. When I asked to speak to the manager upon delivery, I was told the manager doesn't speak English. I was unable to address the issue of the raw meat in my food. This restaurant needs to be closed down right away! I will be reporting this to trading standards. View menu

DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!! The Worst customer service EVER for a take way restaurant., the lady that answers the phone was disrespectful, rude and has an attitude problem. She told me she wouldn't be refunded me again for order she got wrong and then put the phone down.... They don’t deserve any stars. Hygiene terrible I found a gold teeth cap in my food... I guess they were chatting over the food or spitting in my food.

Awful customer service!!! Got my order wrong twice in one night. The food was disgusting and I don't believe the chicken was real chicken. I advise that their meat should be tested by the trading standards. When I called to tell them I was not happy with the order, the lady was ignorant and rude. I recently tried the Sweet and Sour Chicken from Good Friends, and it was a delightful experience. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, while remaining tender and juicy on the inside.
