"The menu shows great potential under the new management team at this restaurant, but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. I ordered the kale mushroom pie with mash, while my friend had a burger and chips. Despite ordering at 12:45, our food didn't arrive until 1:45, even though the pub was quite empty. My meal was tasty, especially once I added gravy for some extra moisture. However, the mash was a let down - it lacked flavor and had a sticky, starchy consistency that was disappointing. My friend's burger was decent, but the chef had gone overboard with salt on the chips, making them too salty. Potential customers might prefer to add salt themselves rather than having it already added to their food. Despite these issues, I would be willing to give this place another try, as I believe they are still working out some initial problems. I am looking forward to the music programme and new quiz they have planned."

Only popped in for a swift pint. The garden was rather crowded with tables and there was broken glass lying around.

We came in here before going for an Indian meal nearby. It is a friendly comfortable pub and our cider was delicious.

Don’t bother visiting if it is slightly busy, huge queues at the bar, staff lacklustre, queue jumping prevalent. Really spoils the experience. Avoid.

Great pub, perfect in summer as the beer garden is lovely. Can be busy but the staff are always super friendly and there is great live music on the weekends! View menu

The beer garden is amazing! Inside is a little small so can get a bit busy, but who wants to sit inside when it's lovely outside? Good choice of drinks and great staff!

Great food and good prices. Staff was very friendly and food came quick. The jerk burger is very tasty though a little spicy. The squid ink batter fish n chips was quite tasty.

Today I could not stay in this restaurant. The staff wearing latex gloves to serve, take money, and move on to the next customer did not seem helpful to me. I believe washing hands and using hand sanitizer between customers is far more hygienic. However, using gloves for removing used glasses and plates would be perfectly acceptable. Overall, this practice was not for me. View menu

Booked a table to eat for a Saturday evening. The website was complicated to use in the first place. We ordered a cheese burger and a haloumi burger it was possibly the worse meal we have ever eaten out, £12.00 each for basically a burger in a bun with chips shoved on the side, the haloumi burger was two pieces of cheese in a bun NO burger. Didn’t feel comfortable as social distancing was non existent outside with people swapping from table to table. We will not be visiting again.

The restaurant has a fantastic location and the front of house service is excellent, however, the overpriced food was a letdown. The kitchen did not meet expectations for a must-visit spot for food enthusiasts in Pembrokeshire. My wife enjoyed her starter, but the portion of 3 king prawns served with stale bread for £15 was disappointing. My fish soup, priced at £14, tasted mostly of tomatoes with a lack of fish flavor and no visible seafood. The fish and chips main course was enjoyable for my wife at £19, but the tartare sauce was thin and acidic. The Jack Dory was fresh but overcooked and dry, with bland sides that did not live up to expectations. While I understand the cost of quality ing...

"I thought I should write a review for sofalino, 2 wonderful evenings spent there over the last month, once for my birthday meal with family, and then again a few nights to dinner with my sister. I've been here since its opening 5 years ago, and it's one of my favorite in north london. the food I had eaten at my birthday dinner was undoubtedly the finest food I had tasted since my vacation in italy in the last summer. after having enjoyed the soft, velvety brot and plump juicy oliven, I shared the antipasto for 2 with my sister for the starter and went for the cow mouse for the pornstar. the antipasto is fantastic; it contains prosciutto, salami, mortadella and breesaola for the cultivated meat, roasted aubergine, courgette and red paprika for the vege and is served on many rockets with circustomates, artichokes and black olives. but the absolute high points of the plate were the buffalo bocconcini, deep roasted valleyggio in the brothcrümeln and gorgonzola arancini. so many beautiful aromas to enjoy, and this is only in the starter! the kalbsmilanese was crooked and fritted to perfection, and was huge! my vater, mama and I decided to go with gorgonzola and spinat gnocchi, instead of the standard linguine napoletana, which to potentially one of the best main courses I have ever eaten outside italian. other dishes that are worth mentioning from this night are the pappardelle with venison and porcini mushrooms, and the gnocchi alla sorrentina. when it was my birthday, they had made me a stunning chocolate cake with fresh strawberries, which covered the meal nicely. for my meal last night I had the antipasto, of course, but this time the arancini even better was the last time she had saffron in, which is possibly my favorite last thing. I had the calzone for the main course, which was simply delicious with a lot of ham and mushroom filling and a nice teigy but crispy crust. I went to dessert the day for pudding, completely forget my clients quickly from no cake / sweet tasty things, but it was totally worth because my huuuge disc birne, mandel and ricota tart was from the top drawer; my sister had only one bit of the baked crust and she still talked about how incredible it was the next day! sofalino also has a very high quality wine list; the primitivo 'il pumo ' is a personal favorite of our, with its dark, smooth, laumen intense taste. at both of these locations the restaurant was full and flowering, and the personal friendly and attentive; just what they want from an Italian restaurant. without doubt, I will be back sooner than later."
