"We really had a bad experience tonight and we will never be back. The staff looked really unhappy to be working and their service was really very poor. During the dinner I felt very unsettled and I felt I wasn’t welcome in the restaurant. When...my friend went to pay, the staff member said they weren’t going to accept cash without really giving any explanation. My friend had to figure out on his own that this was in fact because of Coronavirus. When he questioned this point of not accepting cash but being open and serving food (only trying to have a open and honest conversation) the staff member walked away visibly upset saying “this is a stressful time” and insinuated that he was making it personal to her, which wasn’t the case at all. I think this is a stressful time for anyone, the government advises to wash hands after handling cash and anyway paying by card and touching the card machine surely is just the same as handling cash ? We feel like the behaviour of the staff was patronising and very immature ! Please explain to people that you are not accepting cash before people order !!"

The ramen is out of this world! Absolutely amazing, delicious, rich, textured and perfectly balanced acidic-sweet-fatty. The side dishes are exquisite too. Staff were superb. Can’t recommend it higher. Must not be missed.

I recently visited with a friend of mine. we were not in front of us, we ordered four dishes to share, plus rice. it was just enough to eat for both of us. it was also some of the best food I had ever eaten. we will. definitiw again for more. I've been eating this since we left the house.

Booked a table for 4 at 4:30 and when we arrived we were advised that we had to be out by 5:00. Explained that we had booked a table but apparently they had booked a larger party in for 5:00, so we were out. Disgraceful...way to treat customers, what a terrible attitude to have towards people looking forward to a nice meal.

we had a great night booked tickets here to see lewis mclaughlin on a laune as he never heard. what a tasty bite. really enjoyed the support actions and then lewis and is band were fab. friendly crowd, intimate venue felt like. on a party. eating was delicious and the staff really attentive and friendly. thanks for a great night!

The food was so tasty, I was pleasantly surprised. It seemed slightly silly that our entire table was ID'd as we sat down, but aside from that we ordered most dishes off the menu and they were all delicious. The interior could be improved but...it's fine and worth going for the food. It was good they fitted us in quite last minute though so thanks.

I always try to make time for a visit here on a Glasgow trip where possible. Our visit on a lazy Tuesday afternoon reminded me why. Every dish was great. As a none vegan what I love is that they are making the ingredients the...star, rather than just putting meat substitutes into traditional dishes. Exceptional friendly service too. See you again next time I am in Glasgow.

We were tourists in Glasgow and had a recommendation for this place. Arrived for our booking and were completly ignored for 30 mins while waiting. Once acknowledged we were told our table was unavailable and were given a windowsil so enjoy a pint while we...waited for a table. After a further 30 mins of waiting we decided to leave for a neighbouring pub for dinner. Would NOT recommend. Absolutely awful service and non existant food.
