"2 weeks ago I was too early for a meeting and just walked into the nearest pub. The fella behind the counter was quiet but warm. I ordered a glass of wine and fries. As I sat down the person I was meeting called to say they have arrived a bit early. I rushed out of the pub to my meeting without realising I left one of my phones behind. When I got home I phoned the pub and spoke to the guy who served me. Unbeknownst to me he was also the manager. He was very kind and kept my phone safe. I went back 2 weeks later to fetch the phone. My daughter was with me. She had one of their cheese burgers and raved about it. As I started writing this review she says “mummy rate them 5/5”. If you are in the Shoreditch area looking for a great place, relaxed vibe and great staff, pop into the Joiner on Worship. You will not regret it. To Mark and team, your place has become our family favourite. See you next time we are in Shoreditch. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

I made a reservation, but 30 minutes later, my friends and I were asked to leave because no one informed us that the restaurant would be closing early for a private event.

Visited on Saturday evening with a group of friends. Ordered a round of cocktails and were surprised by how good the quality was for the price. Really good value. Food was excellent and customer service was great. Under new management and it shows, Really nice vibes, will be returning. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When we arrived, it was so noisy that we could hardly hear ourselves think. We had to locate our own table, and the woman at the bar didn’t seem to know anything about the drinks we wanted. We ordered a rosé wine, which isn’t exactly an unusual choice. After sitting down, we noticed the menu was quite limited, and the ordering QR code on the table didn’t work. When we inquired at the bar, we were informed that food wasn’t being served. Overall, the place is poorly managed. View menu

When we arrived, it was so loud that we could barely hear each other. We had to find our own table, and the woman behind the bar didn’t seem to know which drinks we ordered. We requested a rosé wine—not exactly an exotic choice. After that, we sat down and noticed the menu was quite limited, and the QR code on the table to place our order didn’t work. We then asked at the bar if food was being served, but received no clear guidance. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Wonderful burgers, and only a short walk from the scandalous £28 nothing burgers in the pubs nearer the Barbican. A fair array of lagers IPAs on tap (only Guinness for the stout drinkers, sadly), spirits, cocktails etc which i didn't sample. Big screens for watching sportsball/men driving in circles. I was here on a Saturday lunchtime in August, which was pleasantly sedate. A couple of tourists, some middle aged ladies, and some youngsters, all co-existing peacefully. Probably gets more boisterous here as the day progresses or if a match is on. That's not for me, but would definitely seek out a Lucky Chip burger joint again.
