The Lime Lounge - Menu

Really great breakfast! Try the oatcakes. And the small breakfast was cooked to perfection- lovely crisp bacon and super sausage.

Have visited Lime Lounge for many years it provides a relaxed atmosphere. As usual the breakfast the customer service were excellent

We visited the Lime Lounge for a relaxed breakfast, the service was excellent and the food delicious. It seemed to cater for a variety of tastes and the staff were lovely.

Popped in for lunch and had paninis . Both very good (Brie and cranberry tuna melt) and all served by friendly staff. All quite busy which is a good sign. Would defo recommend.

the coffee here is obviously made by poorly trained barista staff as the milk comes out boiled and not warm. they offer “small” and “large” coffees both double shots just in a smaller deceiving cup very poor and couldn’t finish my mocha View menu

Had to leave because our breakfast still hadn’t arrived after an hour of ordering it so left hungry. Maybe we went in a bad day but there was hardly any food coming out of the kitchen to warrant that kind of wait. Not great customer service at all

This is one of our “go to” places in central Bakewell as previously we have had good experiences with the food. On ordering, my husband asked if there was sourdough (I think there has been in the past? and the waitress gave him an abrupt “no” which took us aback! . I can’t remember what he ordered toast wise. I had Derbyshire Oatcakes that were not the usual standard. I also ordered an iced black coffee. It arrived in a cup with a few ice cubes in! Really?! The bill was very steep for a lacklustre meal and this place is no longer on our list.

Me and my 2 sons usually come to lime lounge around once a month because we are locals in the village however never again. We arrived and must have been stood at the door waiting to be seated around 10 minutes so we sat our selves down. A older waitress with glasses and a leopard print fleece came over from the counter with a death stare and screamed at me and my family saying “your not welcome in here, can’t you see we’re full.” Then stormed off back to the coffee counter.” Another young waitress who was making coffees giggled from behind the coffee machine as me and my sons left quickly in shock.
