I stopped by for a drink and ended up staying for lunch. The gourmet meatless burger and Tikka curry were delicious. The staff was friendly. The upstairs area was a bit untidy compared to downstairs, but overall it was great value for the money.

Table service is utterly rubbish,stop leaving the food on the side for so long it gets stone cold. Last time we went I got the food myself because once again left for ages going cold. The manager needs to sort it out tell the staff to stop standing around chatting and serve the customers.

Typical Wetherspoon pub, good location in town centre. Called in on a Saturday afternoon and surprised that it wasn’t that busy. Nice relaxing atmosphere, food was well presented and good quality. Decent sized portions. Nice and clean, staff friendly and polite. Worth a visit if passing through. View menu

Sat myself down at a small table that sat 2. 10 mins later some weird bloke just walked in and sat at the same table! There were loads of empty tables, so I asked if he could move and he said he was local and always sat there!!!! Then just stared at me. Mentioned it to the staff who used his first name, and seemed to think it was normal.

I visited Limes for the beer festival on 11/10/23 and was disappointed to find that not a single ale was ready to be served. I had visited The Bell in Norwich two days prior and they were already setting everything up. It seems like Limes is falling behind and heading downhill. I would suggest skipping this pub and going somewhere else instead.

Visited the Limes for breakfast but sadly the quality of the food and being served on a cold plate for the second time in a month is going to be my last visit there. Bar staff when ordering the meal are very cheerful and friendly but the breakfast was poor . Small pieces of low quality bacon , half a small tomato and a small mushroom and a tasteless sausage. Bulked up by three hash browns and beans. The eggs were only warm against a cold plate, the toast was ok though. View menu
