"Popped into this sweet little tea room today with my friend, must say it's pretty has a warm feeling quite cosy and clean. It was my first visit my friend booked our table, we looked over menu chose afternoon tea I paid the extra 50p on the afternoon tea so I could have the better sandwich ham and piccalilli. Also the afternoon tea came with salad pot of coleslaw and quiche, I don't eat quiche or coleslaw so friend had them, also got crisps aldi posh crisps, cheese and onion they was a bit of a let down barely any flavour, but there food they had made was amazing. Also we got a giant pot of tea that didn't leak isint that amazing, proper tea cups n saucers, a fairly big milk to go between the 2 of us. The cake after we chose we got the cheesecake and they give a really good sized portion I had twirl cheesecake. So my afternoon tea was around £10.50 friends was they same. The customer service in here was fantastic very polite the lady that served us. Would definitely go back I even saw the special board after so we will visit again."

Visited may times and usually service is very quick and afternoon tea is excellent. Today however my family and I waiting almost an hour before afternoon tea and a very poor selection of cakes and no cheesecake. Disappointed.

Whenever I visit this restaurant (even without making a reservation), the staff always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. You will definitely want to return after your first visit.

I popped in for some cake for the family and I can't fault the service or the taste of the food. The cakes were perfect, with a large portion and well worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful and definitely a place I will be returning.

Another beautiful superb afternoon tea today for Mother’s Day. Arrived an hour early totally out of there plans but they accommodated us 1000% and my partner with a different meal, nothing is ever too much for these ladies and there serving manner is impeccable. I would recommend these every day. Roll on my next visit

During our vacation in Lacey, we were in search of a charming tea room and stumbled upon The Little Teapot. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We visited for lunch once and then returned for afternoon tea two days later. There was a brief wait for a slice of cake in our group, but the lovely waitress made up for it by giving us a large piece of brownie as an apology. If you find yourself in Lacey, be sure to make a stop at The Little Teapot - it's fantastic!

I went here recently on a recommendation from a garage round the corner (I’d had some car trouble). It turned out to be a blessing in disguise to discover this little gem. Everything seems to be homemade and of such good quality. I had a coronation chicken baguette. Every baguette is freshly cooked for you and the coronation chicken was an amazing blend of cream, spice sweet fruity flavour. I really wanted to try some of their delicious looking homemade cakes but alas I was way too full.. Another time little teapot, another time…

I have visited this small restaurant before with my cousin, so I knew the food would be good. This time, I met a friend who is gluten intolerant, and The Little Teapot was able to easily accommodate her needs. The staff member who served us informed us that she is Coeliac and understands the challenges faced by those with food allergies/intolerances. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was delicious. My friend enjoyed the gluten free English breakfast. We ended up staying so long that we also had coffees and cake, with gluten free options available. I would definitely recommend The Little Teapot, as there is free parking outside. It is advisable to book a table during busier times.

The woman working in the cafe said to us “I’m closing in half an hour what is it you wanted” (not to mention the filthy look she gave my Mother i to which I replied “ I just wanted to take my Mum (who is in her 70’s !!! to a nice cafe for a lite bite and a nice cup of tea to which she replied “well ive turned everything in the kitchen of now and...
