The Medieval Banquet

I don't know about them, but it's not a joint event that sees that I go to the office on Monday morning and report back to the last weekend with the following statement: the best part of the weekend was the moment in which I danced with King heinrich viii to disco music. Luckily, I could say that after I had spent Friday night in london's medieval banquet.

Do not visit this restaurant. I had a reservation for a work event on December 20th but had to cancel last minute due to an injury. I requested a partial refund of £20 but despite reaching out multiple times through email and phone calls, the management refused to communicate with me and had someone else handle the situation. It seems like others have had similar issues with being ripped off. Stay away from this place!

Mrs. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! SHABBY! POOR QUALITY OF: FOOD, ENTERTAIMENT AND SERVICE. DOESN’T JUSTIFY £110/person we paid. Below is the complaint I sent to Hospitality Line who sold the tickets. Just to mention they were useless as well as the people who run the Medieval event. I got a lousy reply from Ivory House and nothing from Hospitality Line for misrepresenting the event and their overstatement “hugely entertaining dinner theatre experience

I had dinner at this restaurant and the performers were incredibly talented! There were acrobats who could balance on their heads and even juggle with their feet. There were singers, dancers, and more. The food was just average. They served soup, chicken, and dessert. The beer was decent but the wine was not good. I ended up buying a bottle of sparkling wine that was more enjoyable. The atmosphere resembled an old underground cellar, which was amusing.

Finally!!! Crossing it off the bucket list now! ?? One of the highlights of our London trip ?? Finally got to try the Medieval Banquet and It was such a nice experience!?? Although it's kinda expensive but I guarantee that the experience is so worth it Shout Wench if you want them to refill you jug If the Majesty say Wassail Raise your glass/jugs and shout Drink Hail Aaaaaahhh! this article was revised and updated on 3rd august 2017, from the original publication to new ones, information and updates of the company and its products. the medieval banquet restaurant is located in the eleven arches; in the historical vaulted cellars of the grade ii. listed ivory house in st katharine docks. located near the tower of london and the tower bridge, it is perfect for all important events in london. the 10,000 square meters of event seats are up to 450 people. the 200-year-old structure is perfect for the return to the history and enjoyment of a banquet, as nobles would have done five hundred years ago.

Just dont bother. I was there with my family last month. My god what a waste of money that was. My sons were persuaded by THEATRE EXPERIENCE we had been sold. Mamma Mia that must be as far from a theatre as you can be. Clearly amateur jugglers and sword fighters are what they call theatre experience or perhaps banging tables and shouting go wench . Food was trully awful ; basic 200g potatos, a piece of chicken and loads of (guess why) onion. Cost price £1.20 max. Selling price £120 for 3 of us.This must be the most expensive meal around. This restaurant is a major rip-off. I went with a group of four on January 26th. One of my friends purchased tickets through the phone number provided, mentioning she had a 2-for-1 voucher, but we were still charged full price per person. After three phone calls, they finally agreed to honor the voucher for all four of us rather than refunding 50%, which now makes sense why. The venue is nice and has potential, but on a Friday night, there were only around 60 customers. We were seated at 8pm and quickly realized that if we wanted a drink before dinner, we had to go to the bar and pay for it ourselves.
