"We book via open table on the website however when we arrived the restaurant was closed and looked like it was undergoing a refurb with planks outside the doors. It wasn’t even 1 star when we turned up for the booking it was closed. Had to try find somewhere else at short notice which was a bit of a nightmare! You need to update your booking system if this restaurant is not longer available. View menu

The restaurant was closed, and we did not receive any communication about rescheduling or canceling our reservation. This was quite disappointing, especially since we had selected this restaurant for my partner's birthday celebration!

The Moody Cow was SHUT. Not only did open table take my booking, they asked what my experience was like. I was disgusted nobody contacted me from the venue or open table to inform me , my friend and I had to find somewhere else to eat at very short notice. Appalling service from both.
