we drove 70 miles to lunch. this is our second visit and it was just as good as the first visit last year. the portions are for me a little big, but the quality of eating was excellent.

Really lovely food, great atmosphere and a really good waitress. We popped in without booking Saturday lunchtime and can't wait to go back again. Had the Pork and the Sea bass and would recommend both.

the second time to breakfast...Had the nook big breakfast...big daughter the veggie option. the little one had the child. excellent value, well cooked...a lot of choice can replace (very useful) so melt with the eating forget to make photos .we have to go back .each apologise!

Best restaurant in the area in my opinion. By a country mile. Beautiful menu of quality dishes prepared meticulously. The owner obviously cares about the service given. I only use this place occasionally as a treat. Hence really look forward to my visits! Evening meals and lunches both done exquisitely. Sunday lunches are fantastic.
