I went here today and was turned away cos we anted to pay cash even though the place was dead . So we went to old nells who happily took our cash and the food and service was excellent

Genuinely good fish and chips said with a tone of surprise, given the setting, which is a whole entertainment centre with other attractions, one might be forgiven for expecting the restaurant food to be merely passable. It was actually really great! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Had a chip butty, the chips were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Kids had sausage and chips and all were thoroughly enjoyed. Dietary restrictions: Asked about allergies on arrival and brought a book to go through the dishes Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Haven 't been here for a while as the quality wasn 't great the last few times. Only went again as it was for someone else 's 'do '. Had hoped it would have greatly improved. Sadly I was wrong. Service was great but fish was very dry and batter tasteless. Chips were very overcooked also. Reading some reviews here, perhaps we should have gone on a different day!
