"Lovely looking pub, and a nice atmosphere, however we ordered a glass of rose pinot, a beer and two glasses of water, and the barmaid gave us a white wine. That's forgivable but the replacement wine was in a glass with lipstick on it. When I took this back the staff were dismissive and rather than giving us a new glass of wine poured the existing wine into another glass. When we returned to our table, we noticed one of the water glasses was dirty and had a very clear lipstick mark on it! I politely pointed this out to the guy collecting empty glasses and he simply shrugged, smirked and walked off!! For such a lovely establishment I would have expected much better level of service and hygiene."

This place is absolutely beautiful. Needless to say it is worth visiting to see the gorgeous decorations, high ceilings with lamps. The music was also good: View menu

Pies were disappointing considering they were supposed to be handcrafted. Fish chips were OK, nothing special. It was very loud not conducive to a relaxing meal.

A little bit of a tourist trap of a pub and atmosphere is a little stale accordingly, but fun to visit all the same. I mean, what other pub can you sit in an old routemaster bus and enjoy your drinks?

Worth a look just for the beautiful interior. But beware it’s a pub chain. Don’t bother with the ‘cocktails’ they come out of a machine then tipped into a shaker for effect. Water and flavouring at £10+ a pop. Men’s toilet was swimming with urine. Apart from that, check it out and visit the pub down the road for a drink. View menu

Pies or fish and chips, cocktails for less and a tourist Icon. What More do you need !!? Table 25, for the Sweeny Todd experience. Party of 30 or more on the Route Master double decker in the courtyard. Or served by a genuine banker mixologist to provide you with mouth watering cocktails........ Charlie, Joe, Henry Dom, too name a few !!

Other than the lovely interior, there was nothing positive about this restaurant. We arrived an hour and a half before closing only to be told they couldn't turn on the espresso machine. The toilet was out of order, so we had to go down the street to another pub. To make matters worse, the bartender couldn't even make a simple mojito. This was definitely the low point of our culinary tour, primarily due to the unhelpful staff.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
