"Been coming here for years on our bikes, the last couple of years they have stepped up to next level status. If you want the real deal cotswolds this is the village and cafe to come to, not too many tourists amazing walks close by and a very pretty village. Today we had the sticky roast pork and apricot salad a cold beer and some chocolate orange cake just what was required half way round a 65m off rd loop. The pork was absolutely amazing super fresh crisp salad with some lovely bread. The cake was very very nice and super MOIST I only wish id taken some home. Staff are really cool, local and couldn't do enough for us. This isn't a trendy instagram cafe its the real thing will be back in August for our monthly fix thanks guys and keep up the great work."

Everything about this cafe is wonderful. The staff are so friendly, the food is exceptional and the atmosphere is lovely. If I lived locally I would be a regular! Ps. The quiche was the best I’ve ever had

Group of 26 ladies on a bank holiday weekend. Pre-booked food to save time. Sandwiches, quiche and cake selection were to die for. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Big thank you to the team. Excellent value for money.

We did a beautiful, long walk and this was where we stopped after 2 hours. The lady serving and all the staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful! Very lovely coronation chicken sandwich! Delicious!

Tried the first Treat Night and was delighted (but not surprised) by the quality of the delicious Pad Thai. Really generous portions and two surprises! So fortunate to live close to such a special venue. Booking the next as soon as I can tomorrow morning. And probably the next…!

Tings Treat Nights have become addictive so forgive me for raving about them once more…the Korean Beef with Butter Garlic Rice is a taste sensation as is the Singapore-style fried chicken. This is all produced in my home village but I’d definitely travel to pick up a take away of this calibre.

This is an exceptionally good cafe serving really tasty and fresh sandwiches and very good coffee and fresh really fresh) orange juice. The cakes look jolly good too! Also handy to pick up milk and papers. The staff are charming. Set in a beautiful village and perfect to walk to this venue across stunning countryside.

Came to this small cafe after reading a recommendation on tripadvisor that it had the best strawberry milkshake in the world !! So imagine my sadness at having driven many miles to find that the new owners have discarded with making milkshakes very disappointing. I wont be returning new owners not particularly friendly assume not local to the village. Also looks like the place has lost some of its charm.

My wife and I are back in Guiting Power for a break. One of the reasons we love it here is the Old Post Office. We love the ambiance there and the staff are simply brilliant. We went in for breakfast and it was of the usual very high standard. Everything about this place is pure quality, from the food to the service, it is all flawless and we look forward to going back for breakfast and lunch as much us possible during our stay. BTW, the recent refurbishment has only added to what was already an exceptionally high standard. Love this place….

"I had been in this pub for a while, but my family and I were on the way from cheltenham to Westonbirt at 17 o'clock and called for an early dinner. all four of us said that the meal was faultless, we enjoyed all three courses and cannot praise this place enough. such a great atmosphere, cordial greeting from the incredibly fabulous staff and a seat directly at the log tariff. what more can they demand. it is easy to find, beautiful location and has plenty of parking right next to the pub. in summer there is a large garden back. in februar this is the place to eat when they go to visit the colesbourne snowdrop gardens that are right in front of the house and not to miss. the menu at the colesbourne inn is huge and offers for everyone something wonderful, regardless of their taste or nutrition to choose. my calamari ‘Bar Bite’ size starter was superb and definitiw a greater part than we expected. the other appetizers, a black bell and black pudding with fried egg was superb as well as the bread selection we also ordered. mostly fish Pie....only full of a lot of different fish and whistle fish. my son had the steak and ale pier he claimed he was the best he had eaten in a very long time. two of us had the nut roast dinner.... I want my Christmas dinner to be as good as that. desserts of fruit crumbs and custard finished the meal with the obligatory glass or two of fizz. for each device in these times to offer this incredible selection of oriented, which is an absolute credit for them by the most kind of employees ever and the very high standards they did. highly recommended at any level possible. well made the colesbourne inn"
