The Park at Ufford Park Woodbridge

went for crab but sadly there was none so has to have salamon , it was ok , will call to check crab on menu for next visit

Covid regulations were followed well but this wasn't a very comfortable place in which to eat. Food was uninspiring. Service friendly but haphazard

My first visit here and unfortunately I don't think I will come again. The decor is outraged and there is no atmosphere. I had to ask more than once for someone to take the order even though we were in plain sight inside

They were obviously very busy and several of the patrons were rather cross. However, our waitress Shannon was Superb. Calm, attentive despite being busy and gave us a clear picture of wait times etc. Food was wonderful and felt very well looked after

Service was shocking if, no one appeared to be in charge, lack of acknowledgement when arrived, waited mins to be seated. No waitresses on floor, people complaining they had waited mins for there bill, ordered drinks that didn’t arrive. Husband ordered steak and they didn’t inform us they had run out, generally poor, frustrated customers in all the restaurant not a good experience. Will not return View menu

My wife and I had a lovely meal at the Park Bar and Restaurant. We were really impressed by the safety measures taken. Everything was cleaned, staff wore facecoverings, menus were singleuse, and there was plenty of distancing. Despite the difficult circumstances the staff managed to create a safe, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The food was lovely especially the smoked trout salad, and the service excellent. Well done

We were a bit apprehensive about dining because of the events in the bar the previous evening, namely the loud and abusive group of golfers who had clearly had to much alcohol during the day and preceded to ruin ours and everyone elses evening, however the manager assured us it would be alright to dine and it was a very pleasant experience, the food was very nice and the deserts lovely. Everything went down well until some golfing guests kicked off in the bar. They were treated with respect by the bar staff but they all flagrantly broke the covid rules. My wife and I were sat in a shouting match that would have good in a western saloon bar. We eventually took our drinks to our room because the open shouting was dangerous in these times. We were sat between the barman who was trying to calm things and the lout.Many guests witnessed their diatribe and an old couple were particularly upset.Your barman should have followed through with the threat to call the police.
