Great service here always! We had dinner and breakfast and I wish we could have stayed for lunch! Tom and Vicky were great! Love my eggs on toast!

It wasn’t that busy however they took quite a while to deliver our food and drinks. The food itself was great. I would like to see more vegan options

Stayed at Premier Inn, booked for myself and my 4 year old niece. Both meals really lovely. Staff were just lovely, really attentive, polite and efficient. Place was clean. Lovely experience.

The staff here are lovely and friendly and very helpful, but I was disappointed that the only gluten free sausages were vegan! I’m not vegan, I like meat in my sausages. Also there was no gluten free toast available and although I was offered a burger bun, it was too late, as I was half way through my breakfast by then. I don’t see why you can’t offer proper GF sausages and ensure you have GF bread available for toast. I’m aware that you need separate equipment, but you are part of a big chain and these days it’s expected. As I said this is not the fault of the staff.

Had Breakfast here quite a good price considering it's an all you can eat buffet lots of choice nicely cooked but under hot lamps and they don't keep them hot just about warm i didn't mund this apart from the beans was going to eat here more but coukd only do it if you had booked meal deal and paid i n premier inn because their computer system was down and they were closed to people other than hotel guests would give food an 8/10 but be prepared to be standing around ages waiting to be seated we were nearly 10 mins before someone came front could do with a tidy up looks grubby snd let's inside down a bit looks a bit off putting will be back if we are in the area again good food fair price ki...

The “ manager” here was soooo rude. We came into a nearly empty restaurant after travelling 4 hours and was staying in the premier inn connected. When we entered she barked at us “ have u booked? “ which we had no but the place was empty. She had “ cant serve u then” My husband enquired politely about the empty tables. To which she replied “ I’ve got a hen night over then and too much on my grill” The couple behind us commented on how rude she was. I was embarrassed and have no desire to be spoken to like that at all. Would not eat here again now even if they were empty. Very rude and unwelcoming.
