There are plenty of options to choose from with clearly marked gluten-free or gluten-free available. I enjoyed the vegetable tagine with rice, it was delicious. The desserts also looked tempting!

We had our wedding reception April 8th 1972 at the Peacock, we returned last night for a 50th wedding anniversary dinner. The service was excellent throughout. The place was extremely busy when we arrived just after 6.30pm, but managed to find one empty table. All...the staff were very efficient and very friendly. The food was excellent and we had a very pleasant evening. We will return again

they stayed on the peacock for my 60th birthday. eating was excellent, plentiful and well appreciated. the desserts were exceptional. all staff were friendly and welcoming. the room where we stayed was beautifully decorated and the bathroom luxurious. floor heating. in the bathroom was an additional bonus. the access to a coffee machine and a freshly made scon, with jam and tinted cream, made my friends day.

we spent two nights in the hut and served as a basis for the exploration of the summit with our little dachshund. the holiday home was immaculate and really cozy and the dog loved the backyard and shed to explore. we had a fresh scones, a cream and fresh milk in the hut at the arrival, which was a nice note. the staff was very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. we had lunch in our first night and breakfast both morning and everything was nice. recommend the peacock for its location/views/food and impeccable service on the basis of my visit. will surely be back
