"What a lovely setting for a festive afternoon tea. The place was beautifully decorated from outside to inn, it made us both smile, we got a lovely welcome from the lady on reception, she was very polite and bubbly, just the welcome to start you off for a good afternoon. We were shown to our table and ordered a glass of Prosecco. The afternoon tea followed shortly afterwards, it was wonderfully arranged and tasted as good as it looked, the pastries and desserts were xmas themed and added to the excitement, along with unlimited tea and coffee this was the perfect xmas afternoon tea, we both thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend. Special mention to Lily Misha for their outstanding service, Merry xmas and New year to all the staff and I wish to venture back in 2024"

"We had the best stay at Laceby manor in the Rose lodge. The cabin was perfect for our 4 night stay. The fridge-freezer was stocked with Milk and ice, the cupboards with tea/coffee/sugar (and biscuits! ideal for us as we arrived late with no shopping and could still enjoy a morning coffee! The hot tub was checked every morning with no disruptions and the entire site was impeccably clean. We enjoyed a complimentary round of golf on the spectacular course, and had dinner in the Oak room which was equally stunning. We spent hours looking for the perfect luxury cabin holiday and Laceby Manor was exactly what we hoped for. We are very much looking forward to returning in the new year!"

"My village pub but not been in for a good few months. Had a meal here for my partners birthday last night. Easy to book via the website, requested a table we liked no problem. Staff very friendly, prompt service and food was excellent. It is a little more expensive than other pubs in the area but often you get what you pay for and the food they serve here is not your usual 'pub grub ', it is high end restaurant quality and worth the extra cost. I had calamari to start and partner had chilli and lime jumbo prawns, then hamburger and hand cut chips, it was delicious, partner had the mixed seafood meat paella which was lovely. Very good portions. Usually quiet in the week around 5-6pm busy on Sundays and booking needed. Try it here you won 't be disappointed. Recommend it highly."

"My husband and I got married here last Sunday (13/09 and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better day! Joanne was an absolute rock throughout the entire process, making us feel welcome and heard throughout all the planning and then through the pandemic and rescheduling our day (originally 11/04 , making sure that everything was safe and that we were well looked after. She was so supportive, helpful, positive, reassuring, and friendly and made everything go so smoothly throughout the run up to and on the day of the wedding. Both her and Mel (and all of the staff! were brilliant and we cannot thank them enough! The wedding itself went smoothly, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and on hand for anything we needed. The venue is spacious, and is separate from the golf club and downstairs restaurant, meaning you have a large space just for you and your party. There's a lovely dancing area, bar, and outdoor balcony meaning there's plenty of space for everyone. The grounds and golf course are beautiful as well, and make for some wonderful photographs!Jo is making wonderful progress with improving the venue as well, it has changed so much since we booked way back in 2018 and she's done a fantastic job so far. Can't wait to see her future plans for the place!"
