Lovely cafe food. Everything you would expect. Great puds and good selection of drinks. Staff polite and engaging. Easy to access and plenty of parking. All in all great.

Stopped for a coffee and a cake whilst travelling up the M6. It’s about 10 mins off the motorway and we’ll worth visiting. The service was excellent and choice of cakes was very good.

I was looking for a large plant grower to replant my Acer and found a wide range of nice pots big enough for the job. The assistant was happy to help me lift it into my car. Excellent service thank you. View menu

Lovely food great value friendly staff . My friend and I go out every Friday and have found this place to be the nest value for money. Great one stop shop with the garden centre, gift shop and furniture and homeware all on site

A busy place on weekends, tables are well spaced and we were greeted nicely. The service was good and the food well presented. The sandwiches were well filled and fresh. There's nothing nice here, but I'd happily return anytime.

Great cake and coffee....the lemon balm was worth a special mention. Great little schoolroom coffee house. The staff were welcoming, the location is under some sort of drainage problem... but again, the cake and coffee were first rate. Highly recommended. View menu

Whilst visiting the area, we called at the Pot Place on several occasions and visited the tea rooms. Greeted by friendly staff, and directed to a freshly sanitized table. Social distancing was excellent, and hand sanitizers everywhere. Food is superb and well presented and prices...are not over the top.

Has a great experience at the The pot place today. I’ve never been before, but I found it to be a great place for excellent customer service and lunch. On entering a young women was there to direct us and was very helpful. Had a...lovely lunch, once again excellent customer service. Would recommend the delicious homemade soup and sandwiches. Very nice gift shop something for everyone and of course, great selection of pots. Everyone member of staff I came across was incredibly helpful including the man who helped with the pots I bought by lifting them in to the trolley. Will definitely go back!!

We have been visiting The Pot Place ever since it opened, even before there was a cafe. When the cafe did open it could be relied upon for fresh, tasty, home cooked food and the seating area and toilets were easily accessible. We always enjoyed...our visits there. How things have changed. Last Saturday morning was our first visit since lockdown. The new layout has made disabled access difficult. We were unaware that the cafe was operating on a reservation only system, but were found a table outside. My breakfast was poor; hard bacon and egg, poor quality sausage and an overriding taste of cooking oil. My husband’s scone was very ordinary, possibly from a supermarket. The coffee was bitter as...
