"I was delighted to discover that this pub now offers clearly marked vegan choices on its menu, especially in an area where options for vegans are limited (with the exception of the all-vegan Karamel in nearby Wood Green). I tried the vegan lentil lasagna with a side of squash, which was delicious, along with a side of fries. They also had a Japanese-inspired vegan main dish and a chocolate cake with coconut ice cream that were both enjoyable. I noticed that their seasonal menu included several vegan options and they even serve a vegan roast on Sundays. They have a nice variety of beers, including vegan-friendly options like Peroni. One of the staff members is vegan and pushed for these changes, which I truly appreciated."

Absolutely beautiful pub, fantastic and friendly staff. The best nut roast I have ever had! This was one of those random Sundays when myself and my partner fancied a change of scenery and found this GEM! Definitely coming back, again and again Highly recommended View menu

The Ranelagh is a fantastic place to savor local beers and indulge in tasty dishes like hummus and halloumi fries. The restaurant features a charming outdoor terrace for guests and the staff is consistently friendly. Additionally, it is accommodating to vegetarians, making it a worry-free dining option. I wholeheartedly recommend checking it out! View menu

beautiful pub an open fire and large quantity. the personal is brilliant. really professional and yet friendly. the beer garden is also beautiful. the only thing I didn't enjoy is the bar snacks calamari had a very, very thick coating and was rubbery (although this was about a year ago) recently the portions are quite small in view of the price, the quality of the ingredients are ok but the other salat ingredients tasted like they had been cut on a "good beloved" chopping board (they know that I had been picking up a very still worth a visit! I will book a dinner for a clearer idea.

was thrilled that this pub now clearly labeled vegan article on its menu in an otherwise not big counter for vegan (the brilliant all vegan caramel near wood green as the next) the vegan lens base lasagne was very nice with squash on the side I had with chips. there was also a Japanese style porn also vegan and a chocolate cake with coconut ice cream. I noticed that their festive menu options are several vegan options and they have a vegan frying on Sunday. Good choice of beating with lagoons that we know to be vegan as peroni. one of the employees is vegan and has praised for the change and it was great to find this.

"A friend and I stumbled on to this neighbourhood restaurant by chance; no research, no booking, no expectations. We were then blown away by the quality of the food: wonderfully fresh fish, beautifully cooked. The service is also exemplary. I've always enjoyed calamari, but this was by far the best I've ever had: truly succulent and juicy. The mussels were almost as good, and the sea bream kept up the standard. The spiced quince with ice cream made a nice change from baclava in a Turkish restaurant (they still threw in some baclava). The owner, Tony, provides excellent recommendations — make sure you take them! He knows what's fresh that morning, and how his wife cooks it. The bill comes hand-written, and Tony forgot to include the wine (obviously I corrected him). I can't remember the last time a restaurant bill made a mistake in the customers' favour! No service charge is included, and it deserves a lot more than the usual 12.5%. This is a wonderful, old-fashioned restaurant, run by a charming old couple, committed to maintaining old-fashioned standards. The food is more than great and the prices more than reasonable. Service is personal, honest and responsive (providing Tony turns his hearing aid on). Tony warns you if anything you wanted was bought in, rather than home-made. Why don't unassuming but wonderful restaurants like this get Michelin stars?"
