"the regent is a nice pub in islington, which is popular with the locals. besides a lot of activity, including live sports on TV, pub quiz, comedy nights and much more, they also have a hidden gem that is their eating. they offer autentic steingebackene pizzas with a series of toppings. for me, this is the only way to make good pizza. So, knock out on the couple tables on a residential street or take a Miss Wood chair inside and place their drinks order. a good selection of beers like camden, hammerton brewery and gluten-free storage. if alcoholic grapes are their tipper, they also have a good choice of crying. during our visit we were greeted by a middle room, it was early in the week and the last days before the payment day, so it was understood. it wasn't our intention to have a drink, in which it was supposed to be a quick home at that time. famous last cake of course. it turned into a bottle and a glass weeping and of course the necessary for some carb groom. the pizza is lush. I ordered the spicy salami, aubergine and chopped ground pizza. my buddy had the sharp, soft Italian sausage with gorgonzola, fresh petersilie. roles have been turned around in a definitiw, as is usually spiced with blue cheese! we've been sharing discs anyway. I wish that was my local pub, I guess I'd be here all the time. the pizza is so good and the mood is so cooled."

A really solid pub with *surprise* delicious pizza from a wood fired oven. Staff was friendly, we walked in without a reservation. The type of place you want in your neighborhood. Will certainly be back!

A nicely modest local Islington pub. Genuinely cool management, and yummy pizzas! Situated neatly on a green suburb-city corner, with some opportunistic residential people-watching and light traffic passing through. Will be back soon!

We liked this place, just off the beaten track...we stayed for one drink and had the garlic bread ....wow, if this is anything to go by the pizzas must super. It looks little rough on the outside, don't be fooled, go in and enjoy and, what a super combo.
