"Pub is nice and clean instead, with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Big garden with playground for keeping kids entertained. The food is a bit disappointing, especially the roast dinner the meat was overcooked and had a strange aftertaste, the potatoes and veg were soggy, and in general the quality of the ingredients seemed to be lacking. The rest of the menu is ok and I will definitely come back...perhaps just not for the roast!"

Table of 5 for my birthday, 4 mains arrived. 30 minutes later the 5th meal arrived We had finished eating. Shouldn't take that long to cook ham, egg and chips

This was our first time dining at this charming pub. The fish and chips were excellent and the service was impeccable. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars.

I met up with friends I haven't seen in a while at this restaurant. It was busier than we remembered at 6:30. We were seated right away and our orders arrived promptly. The food was delicious, but we found the portion of fish to be too big.
