bad service overpriced and mediocer food, coffee was cold and muffin awful and wet also young staff very unfreindly and rude

Dropped in for a quick snack and ordered a bacon and egg roll. It was perfect lovely bacon and beautifully cooked fried egg. Simple but wonderful.

Came here twice for breakfast. Full breakfast and bacon/egg roll were delicious and reasonably priced. God service and pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend.

Super café, friendly and clean. Great coffee and very generous portions. Jacket potato was cooked and hot, plus sausage sandwiches. Shared rocky road and chocolate orange brownie was delicious

Sat inside. Ordered a bacon sandwich, coffee and toasted tea cake After 40 minutes of waiting an enquiry was made as to if food was on way. Was told people outside had to be served first. No apology and people arriving afterwards had been served...

Had a lovely lunch here, the tea, cheese sandwich and full breakfast was great. We ate outdoors as the sun was shining. Felt safe as café was very Covid aware. Tables and chairs were sanitised after every customer left. Looking forward to going back to...

The Terrace in Wooler is a fine example of a simple traditional cafe. The menu is typical of a British caff and the prices are most reasonable.We enjoyed tea and coffee and shared a very good, gigantic toasted tea cake.The cafe is clean, tidy and nicely decorated and the service was very good. It is certainly a cafe we would use again.

We visited here last October and loved it and so it goes without saying we had to come again on this trip. Happily, we were not disappointed, the staff were just as friendly and all Covid precautions were in place. The egg/mushroom roll and sausage/bacon roll were really lovely as were the cappuccinos. We were lucky with the weather and managed to sit out but we could have gone inside with Lucy if we had wished.

Really enjoyed our visit to this lovely cafe positioned right in the centre of the market square. The staff were extremely pleasant and everything was covid safe. We ate outside on both our visits, the first time we had the tuna mayo (served in a separate dish and lots of it, jacket potato and a fresh salad and I think home made coleslaw and it was well presented and delicious. The second time we had a breakfast sandwich (sausage and egg) and this too was delicious. We will certainly return here when we are next in the area.Jeanne, Dave Lucy beagle.
