"I really enjoy the pastries in The Tiny Bakery, and I regularly visit the shop. However, their service this morning left me feeling uncomfortable and hesitant to return. The Tiny Bakery offers a loyalty card scheme where if you purchase ten drinks, the next one is on them. I simply asked this morning if they could extend this loyalty scheme to the baked goods. I asked this question more out of curiosity because the pastries and the drinks are similar in price. The tone in which I was replied to made me feel like I was foolish to even ask that question in the first place. Their hospitality leaves me hesitant to return, which is a shame, because their baked goods are nice."

The best bakery ever! Amazing Coffee amazing Croissants and always lovely service. Sometimes the queue is long but it’s always worth the wait.

Lovely local bakery. People queue early morning to grab their specialities. Serve fresh handcrafted pastries trying some today can definitely recommend them.

MUST VISIT! This place does amazing vegan baked goods, and we had two lovely oat milk london fogs as a takeaway which tasted divine! Staff were really friendly too. It's obviously super popular with the locals too. A fab bakery

Tiny bakery offers fresh baked products which are tasty when you are fortunate to get there early enough to buy them). They never seem to have enough stock. Some of the staff are a bit abrupt and lacking in politeness and I’ve found this on a few occasions so it’s not a one off. Can be hard to find parking around here at times.

Nice baked goods but the service leaves much to be desired. The lady at the counter was getting worked up about my child (a toddler) touching the plastic display screen. My child wasn't damaging anything but the lady was acting as though she was going to break something. If you're concerned about people damaging your displays maybe go with glass instead of flimsy plastic. I won't be coming here again. View menu

After hearing good reviews about this place I decided to go today with my daughter to have a look at the cakes. When entering the shop the shop assistant was very abrupt and asked rudely for us to wait outside. Whilst I appreciate the bakery waiting area was very small the shop assistant however could have been alot more polite. Having been spoken to in this manner I decided to leave and will definitely not be returning. You need to train your staff to offer better customer service!!

I did read good reviews about this place...so today I thought I would go and have a look with my daughter. When entering the shop the shop assistant was very rude and abruptly asked us to wait outside whilst she was serving another customer. I appreciate the shop waiting area was very small, however the shop asst could have asked in a better manner and tone Due to the poor service decided not to make a purchase and will not visit again. There are other bakeries in the area which offer similar food of equal quality You need to train your staff !

"Went here last night at the tail end of an office Christmas party and we stumbled (quite literally inside having been turned away at a restaurant next door. It was past closing though their OPEN sign was still on. Anyway! Although Oppa was just about to close, they took us in, a group of 6, and stayed open until we finished. When I realized we were in a Korean restaurant, I was so excited; I've been searching for a good Korean restaurant in the midlands. My colleagues were much less so as they had never had Korean food and were unfamiliar with everything on the menu. I ordered for everyone and despite some of them being difficult one colleague kept asking for samosas, aah! the service was faultless. Staff were super attentive and helpful, patient, friendly, good fun, and extremely accommodating. Just perfect! And they stayed open for us quite late without rushing us out, what more can you ask for? Ok, so the food. It was SO so good and I'm already planning to go back. The kimchi was bang on how I like (a big deciding factor for me strongly fermented/pickled and spicy, and fresh. All the bulgogi (marinated meat , dolsot bibimbap (sizzling rice bowl , jjigae (stew/ramen style soups , seafood and extras that were served tasted just like I had hoped they would. Presentation was great everything looked properly appetizing and vegetables and seafood, etc were all clean and fresh. I was too busy stuffing my face and enjoying the moment and company to take photos, but the few photos I've seen on here are true to life. Other things people might be interested in: This restaurant is kitted out to cook Korean BBQ at/in/on your table. It is spacious, with lots of tables and room to move around. Decor is tasteful and minimal. It is clean and indeed I was warned by staff when going upstairs to the ladies' to be careful as the stairs and the toilets had all just been cleaned (and clean they were! . If you're looking for good Korean food, look no further. If you're looking to try Korean food for the first time, this is a great place to start. Go for it! Might see you there, if I can help it :D [I've copied this review over from where I originally posted it because this listing and the one for OPPA in Leicester are the same exact restaurant, FYI]"
