"My twin brother Stephen and I were pub hopping around this part of town when we decided to drop into The Town Wall Pub, this is a wonderful pub that was just a joy to visit. Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here ,the interior is superb, it looks like a former Georgian townhouse ,the interior is cool ,multi roomed, light and airy, a solid wood serving bar dominates one of the rooms, eclectic decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, its just a wonderful pub to visit. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, pub was just starting to get busy with a great atmosphere, we ordered a pale ale each from Wylam Brewery, these were served in pristine condition, we settled down and planned out the day we while sipping our pale ale's. My pale ale was really good, fresh,crisp ,hoppy but not overhopped, a delicate aroma and taste, on a really hot day a totally refreshing brew, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a quality brew. We really enjoyed our pale ale's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to The Town Wall Pub we were totally impressed. The Town Wall Pub is easy to locate along Pink Street. Opening hours are;Monday to Thursday, Midday till Friday Saturday, Midday till Sunday, Midday till Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area."

we could not help but smile when we enter settle down. that is the place where they want to eat. it is strikingly cozy, eating looked like.

I usually go a few times a month to lunch (or more) the small pizzas are delicious and are delivered by the sugar-down café directly on the street.

I can see why this caffe has a 5-star rating! I had an amazing falafel salsa sandwich with a delicious selection of mixed salat and a pony-feentiman.

First time I been, but was there for a birthday. Had side room set aside. Was a match day in town so was jumping. Staff excellent, food even better. Great experience, well done guys and thank you.

great to find a pub so close to the station with vegan options and beating in our group also happy. tofu katsu curry and tofu club sandwich both large, also small green side salad with lemon dressing, had no time to try the buffalo flower cheese. delicious food and good for our group of about 15 people. we asked at the bar whether the (side) chips are vegan and the manager vegan (so they are likely). then we wondered why they were not marked as such on the menu?
