I only came for drinks this time, but I always return to this restaurant! The food is fantastic, the drinks are excellent, especially the piña coladas which are the best! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, I really enjoy it here.

Highly recommend! We stopped in for a drink or cocktail on Mother's Day without a reservation, but luckily they had a table available for our group of four. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. We were fortunate that the sun came out after a cloudy start to the day. View menu

We visited for a couple of cocktails on Friday evening, the rooftop was full so we sat indoors. The decor is lovely and well thought through. Staff are attentive and friendly, the cocktails were unique and tasted great. It has a very relaxed, sophisticated vibe which is exactly what we were looking for.

The service at The Rooftop was outstanding. It's rare for restaurants to accommodate special requests, but they went above and beyond for us. We were seated at a table for two with a stunning view of the London Eye, Trafalgar Square, and the moon. The waitstaff even offered us blankets in case we got cold, showing their attention to detail and customer care. It's a wonderful spot for light bites and drinks, especially enjoyed during sunset.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon without reservation and we managed to get seats outdoors with a good view of Trafalgar Square. The cocktails were pricy at £15 each but that’s expected for the location and they had creative offerings including hot gin and coffee chocolate cocktails that we enjoyed. The stools weren’t super comfortable but the best part was the big outdoors heater and blankets they offered which warmed us up in the 7 degree weather! View menu

Located on the top floor of Metalgar St. James, the rooftop restaurant offers a sophisticated social experience with an impressive menu of various delicacies. Guests can enjoy cocktails while taking in the amazing views of London city. Although the service could use some improvement, with some waiters being more attentive than others and a few having limited English skills, the ambiance makes up for it. Overall, it was an ideal and romantic way to end the night for my girlfriend and me.

We really enjoyed our experience here this past weekend. The food was delicious, the service was great and the cocktails were wonderful. The view really is something special and it was nice to have a table to ourselves in a corner it felt really personal and cozy. Yes, as some of the other reviews say, it's definitely on the pricier side, but for the view and atmosphere, it's definitely worth it! I'd really recommend trying here. Thank you so much to the hostesses as well who were so kind from start to finish they were wonderful at making our experience that much better too.

beautiful place, not a proper restaurant for food, but a very stylish bar with a small but sufficient selection of food. modern and stylish look, with the kitchen in the middle, bar at one end and cut off party/group area at the other end. we had the yellow tuna and crispy garnish, tempura style as starter, all well cooked and presented and the sauce was very good. our burger as main was very tasty, brioche good, the chipote bbq sauce delicious. in any case for a burger you can think, and of course it is, but not her averagesburger! our deserts of gluten-free chocolate and tiramisu layer pistachios pistachios were very good, especially the latter with delicious filling. when the evening ente...
