"Utterly disgusted by our experience. When we arrived in the restaurant, we took a photograph of what appeared to be a very nice menu. What we didn't know at the time, was that barely any of it was available. We are a party of 5 and just wanted a sandwich, a snack and a drink for lunch, but apparently this wasn't convenient to them. There were plenty of baked goods. There were no ham and cheese sandwiches, a limited number of chicken and sweetcorn sandwiches and the ham sandwiches we chose as a replacement were out of date! The highlight of the meal (the only one! was the sausage rolls, which were very nice. The other insult was the price! The whole meal cost £60 we had fish and chips at another restaurant which cost us £39 for the 5 of us. Utterly ridiculous. Do not recommend. Choose literally anywhere else or bring a picnic."

Friendly staff and good selection of hot and cold food. Seating both inside and outside on bench tables.

My dad and I both had the jumbo hotdog each and a Coca Cola, lovely environment, very clean, with attentive staff, just a lovely place to eat and relax

The choice of food at this restaurant (the only place on the Duxford site, I believe, to offer proper meals) is not overly inspiring. The quality is not too bad. But I wish I'd brought a picnic

Lovely food, great service. Priced well. We are a family of 4 and we had the B52 share platter. My goodness we wasn't expecting it to be so much! Everyone very satisfied, food was very tasty would highly recommend. Wifi was playing up paying by card (they're also cashless) but you can order pay via app. Staff pleasant. Definitely go back, thanks for a lovely day!!!

Such a fantastic museum. Been coming here years. But why can’t you sort the food out?? I’m no chef but I can bake a nice cake and not offer a bowl of Doritos, slap a dollop of sour cream and avocado and a tiny amount of barbecue pork and charge £13 for it. People want: Jacket potatoes with assorted fillings Pies Pasta Decent salads Chilli Decent cakes No wonder nobody’s in here and the staff look fed up

Last year, this was a good place to eat with good options. Not the same now. Limited expensive choice, I went for the chicken burger. Plenty prepared at the serving hatch. Mine was dry, overcooked and tepid. The bun was dry and not worth the money. Sausage roll was tasteless and Luke warm. Coffee very week and milky. Not given the gold vip discount either. To sum up, a waste of £24.00 and would not recommend this venue.

I opted for the Churchill Burger and a glass of Merlot. The cashless order was something of a trial due to poor reception at the venue. Most of the staff appeared to wish they were elsewhere. My meal consisted of a burger with 2 leathery meat patties and just a trace of Monterey Jack cheese. The salad was minimal, with a (very) modest portion of over-cooked French Fries. The wine was good, but I would recommend potential patrons to try The Plough in nearby Duxford village for a more satisfying meal and better value.

Having spent a super morning looking at the British Aircraft Collection the nearby Workshop Restaurant seemed ideally placed for lunch. What a disappointment; queued for twenty minutes just to order two sausage rolls although the queue was not particularly large. The gentleman on the till spent a lot of time on his phone whilst another staff member was constantly clearing tables that were long vacated and already empty. When a third staff member turned up to help much time was taken up instructing him how to use the till: all in all a shambles. The chef in the kitchen had his act together and once ordered the sausage rolls were produced pretty quickly although the quality of them certainly d...
