"I tried to contact the sales sept multiple times in regards to renting a cabana and having a food a drink package. I left multiple messages with the front desk and I emailed them as well. No one returned my phone calls or email which Was very upsetting since I was trying to plan my wife's 40th bday party. Me and the group of around 20 ended up just showing up without reservations etc and we were able to go up to the roof Top bar. First off it's extremely hot even at night but being from south Louisiana that's expected however the lack of fans should little consideration for the guest comfort. I understand that it's a roof that's been absorbing heat all day but only having one or two fans for a commercial establishment is a short sightedness on the part of the management/owner. I only rated it one star because I couldn't stay long enough to have a drink due to the heat. And lack of fans."
