I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I have to give credit to a young server named Will. He was excellent and helped us throughout our experience. We had a lovely dinner and thanks again, Will!

Poor customer service, food cold and stale. Staff sat down eating their own meals and couldn’t get anyone to serve us. Charged for unlimited drinks then machine wouldn’t work and not refund for the unlimited top ups. Attitude of staff wasn’t the greasiest either.

The site has a hotel site as well with tricky traffic and spread out parking. A fine building and spacious interior. We had booked and were quickly served with drinks. The carvery option was ideal with no restriction on comong back for more veg. The staff were not as attentive as they might have been and were not as professionally spoken as you might expect.
