Excellent customer service (jordan served me), was very attentive and made sure I had anything I needed. Put me in a quiet corner as I told him I just to relax. Good food for the price.

Poor customer service, food cold and stale. Staff sat down eating their own meals and couldn’t get anyone to serve us. Charged for unlimited drinks then machine wouldn’t work and not refund for the unlimited top ups. Attitude of staff wasn’t the greasiest either. View menu

the food, as you would expect in these large chains is pretty much standard however the difference here is that the staff from walking in to walking out were very good. They made you feel welcome valued and ensured they looked after you whilst also giving you time to enjoy the moment with your company.

I travel almost miles for this amazing lunch. Went Sunday for my father in laws birthday and the staff were incredible! Spoke to Jennifer to book us in, after explaining I have a young child, she managed to book us in a child appropriate area, the staff were incredible and helpful, the food, as always was delicious.

The site has a hotel site as well with tricky traffic and spread out parking. A fine building and spacious interior. We had booked and were quickly served with drinks. The carvery option was ideal with no restriction on comong back for more veg. The staff were not as attentive as they might have been and were not as professionally spoken as you might expect. Food was good and the puddings came with the very well priced meal. Very good value for money. View menu
