"The restaurant, which we had last visited some 20 years before, had changed character and was now a light and airy medium value diner compared with the more exclusive romatically lit restaurant as in the past. However, we heartily enjoyed our meal, consisting of asparagus spears and pork cordon bleu in my case and asparagus soup and calves liver in my wife's. Our only negative observations were that my pork was a little dry with insufficient cheese filling, and my wife felt that the sauce was a little too strong to go with the more delicate liver. However, it was nonetheless delicious for all that, and we were served by a pleasant and efficient waitress, with little time wasted. An excellent farewell dinner on our last night in Interlaken."
