"TERRIBLE Utterly terrible, having been a customer of Top Wok for years I wanted to support a local business and order from them the food was hours late! Yes, hours later and DIDN’T TURN UP!! When I called periodically to...see what was happening I was told every time it would be minutes, minutes, minutes NO APOLOGY!! After calling times!!! I was greeted with a very rude lady and was told it was simply because they were busy. NOT GOOD ENOUGH I had pre-ordered. A friend of mine who lives one street over) also ordered at the same time as me and got their food COLD INEDIBLE! The food was greasy, grey and GRIM! This business has really gone down hill!"

The delivery for our takeaway arrived an hour late, as expected. Unfortunately, the food was overcooked and heavy, and the starters were unappetizing.

We waited hours for our food to be delivered. That is not a typo. hours. We called to chase twice and received no apology. One dish was wrong and had zero flavour. The other dishes were an absolute disgrace. I will never...order from here again.

I wanted to share my positive experience at Top Wok by leaving a review. I tried their Thai Cuisine last night and it was delicious. The prices were very reasonable compared to other Thai restaurants in Tunbridge Wells. The portion sizes were generous and the food was cooked perfectly. My order was delivered by a friendly young man and it arrived hot and in a timely manner. I highly recommend giving Top Wok a try.

Absolutely diabolical. From start to finish the customer service was appalling. Initially told mins so we went ahead and ordered. After mins we rang to be told it’ll be another minutes. Still no sign. We rang minutes later to be told...it’d arrived soon. minutes later we finally sat down and ate some luke warm food. Refund was offered on our next order. Fat chance there. Definitely not worth the hour wait. I look forward to exploring other Chinese takeaways in the local area. Fancy this takeaway? Order now for delivery around Christmas.

After reading the reviews for Top Wok I was sceptical in ordering a delivery from them last weekend. The lady who took my order was cheerful and pleasant. The food I received was absolutely lovely! King prawn balls, crispy and juicy, Beef Chow mein very...succulent meat and full of flavour. My most favourite part Crispy Shredded Beef. WOW.. I've been thinking about it ever since. I will definitely always be ordering from here. The prices are fantastic too. It tasted lovely the next day too. And even the complimentary Prawn Crackers were edible for a further days.
