"We visited this restaurant due to the good reviews however it was disappointing. We were a large table (7 adults and 4 children) and arrived at 8:30 when they opened. We had pre booked. We were the first table there. The pizza oven was broken so we ordered other items off the menu steaks, pastas etc. No starters. The food took forever to come (about 1 hour) but 2 main adult dishes were missing. We made this known and were told it would be ‘2 minutes’. The dishes did not arrive until our whole table had finished. There was no apology or explanation. It was just chucked on the table like it was an inconvenience to them. The food was not great either the steak rubbish fatty and lacked flavour (I’d had high hopes after reading the reviews below). Nobody in our group had said they’d enjoyed their dinner. It was stressful. The restaurant was extremely busy and it was hard to even get a staff members attention for most things as they are busy running around and clearly have no time for anything to go wrong. It was also absolutely sweltering. They could do with some outdoor fans as the tables are all located in a courtyard so there are no breeze. Everyone was sweating. The bill came and it had extra meals on which we didn’t order. They took those off after we pointed them out, however, we still weren’t happy to pay for the steak which had turned up after everybody had finished and was hardly eaten due to the quality. We still paid for the pasta which was missing as it was still eaten. They weren’t happy at all about this. They were shaking their heads and muttering in Spanish. The customer service was really bad. We paid and left swiftly. We noticed once we’d left they’d added 10% service charge onto the bill which we unknowingly paid as well. Overall a total disaster."
