"I went there, vegan, accompanied by my mom who loves to discover new flavors and test new restaurants with me.Totum has everything to seduce me: charming place with beautiful wooden tables, the staff is adorable and listening and remains calm despite the amount of world arriving, vegan cuisine (of course) organic and tasty. The only flat we found is waiting time. But I think above all that they didn't expect to receive so many people that day (it's better that it be in that sense;) ). The organization is however well managed and food is love! The eggplant tatin pie, burger and brookie are to fall on the ground. and the little more original: the marinated fennel with citrus fruit. If you go to the fennel season (because the dishes change according to the seasonal vegetables, and that is top,) don't hesitate to taste! :)"

varied dishes with good products, you eat well but it is not very copious and the welcome is a little cold.

Tatin pie of delicious eggplants. very well seasoned accompaniments. reasonable menu price for organic and vegan. The service is fast. I recommend.

A nice restaurant, the dishes are good (even if the burger steak would be stronger), but nothing exceptional. price in the standard for this kind of establishment.

Nice place. very good reception. good vegan and gluten-free cuisine, but not quite copied for me. Moreover, you have to pay the bread! It's a little pity. This being the bowl is tasteful and the chocolate mousse is a delight. In conclusion very good but a little expensive for quantity and not enough card renewal

I went twice the noon to totum and I was overall satisfied with the meal. The first time I took a bowl, which was very copied. The second time I chose the famous burger, which was a success! the value/price ratio is there, especially for bio and vegan. For lunch, think to book upstream because the restaurant is often full!

having tested a lot of vegan restaurants, I can only advise you the burger, which is just delicious, just like the panna cotta. as said in the comments, the bowl, although full of proteins (if, there is good in the fruits, vegetables and seeds) is quite fade. has the image of the welcome, which I must say is quite dry: just polite but cruelly lacks smile and warmth! Too bad.

Discover this organic/vegan and gluten-free address with a beautiful terrace on the dock of Turesne.Gluten-free beer with apéro, nothing to say. Entrance, thyme zucchini flan with a red pepper coulis. Pretty fade, some spices would raise the whole. In a bowl of vegetables. good products but it remains a salad made of raw products...The dessert is a real discovery for a non-vegan: a chocolate mousse without eggs. bluffing !the note is a little salty for a lunch but we pay the quality of the products.Redo to taste the burger !

First of all, the positive points, pleasant place and cold soup in very good entry as well as the drinks (jus detox homemade) for the dishes it is spoiled, the vegetarian steak was not at all to my taste, and 13€ for a vegetarian burger it is expensive. in photo, stuffed tomatoes were good but a little light quantity and a little accompaniment salad would have been greatly appreciated. and the best (the worst) for the end: gluten-free bread with germinated seeds was not at all to our taste and expensive (1€ 3 half slices,) see photo.

I tried totum yesterday because sensitive to vegetable cooking. I took the green beans in the entrance. My husband took the cold soup with carrots. In the dish the burger. The kitchen is simple, the quality products, the quantities sufficient for us. We liked it, especially the burger bread and the sauces that come up with the dishes. We didn't test desserts. the terrace is pleasant, efficient and smiling service. prices are in the line of those practiced when you consume this type of product ( organic fruits and vegetables, seeds, ... ).

"When in Nantes at the last-minute, I used my TA app on my iPhone to find something great near me. I called, and the person I spoke to couldn't have nicer, and said "come on over". I did. The restaurant was virtually empty, despite the fact that a couple of other places I called were booked solid and had no more tables available. The "acceuil" (welcome) couldn't have been nicer. The choices on offer were a fixed formula of 2 entrées, 2 mains, and 2 desserts. I was told that this was as they use only fresh products. I chose a main of cheese/pesto stuffed ravioli with a cream, tomato and cilantro sauce. It arrived quickly, but was maybe room temperature. The hope of fresh cilantro giving a "twist" to the dish, was there, but a bit in the background. I was a bit disappointed, as I couldn't identify the ravioli as being "home-made". In fact, nothing seemed to be fresh/hand chopped, like the tomatoes. I had the bread pudding for dessert, and it arrived also room temperature, was clearly "home-made" with pears, and clearly bread chunks on the top, with a swirl of chocolate for garnish. It was a bit dry, clearly not made very recently, and the inside (where the bread aspect should have been well-infused), was not throughout. The top of the "cake" had hard, dry bread chunks on it. My impression was that perhaps it was a "slow day", and they weren't putting much effort into it by serving something freshly cooked. There was only one other diner in the place. On the other hand, the serveuse could not have been nicer or more helpful. They feature an interesting international, short wine list with everything available by the glass. The dinner menu (on the blackboard on the wall), looked interesting. I think it merits trying again, if they turn on the stove and start serving food hot off the burner, as the interesting menu seasoning is attractive. Great service, but the food was mediocre this day."
