"I was there by coincidence and was appalled about the food quality and the manners of the staff. I was lost in translation among Italian, German and English. We were attended terribly by the owner, a man looking like in charge and could not put...two words together in any language to customers, he was vile and had no customers service skills. He decided not even to talk to us at all, rude for no reason. We felt totally unwelcome and had to wait for a mediocre pasta for 45 min, and overpaid for the west end location only, the olives and rose wine were nice at least, the place looks nice but the staff is not nice at all, it is messy and mediocre and makes lots of mistakes and don’t apologise for it all.. Don’t bother going there."

We were there in six peoples group. We ordered pizzas, salads, bruschettas, beers etc. Food was good but we have to wait for it almost one hour. Is a little to long I think. But besides this atmosphere was nice and staff was also pleasant...and helpful.

Thanks to the information of the hotel we had dinner at this restaurant in the West End of Frankfurt. What luck we had. The food was delicious, you could order good wines per glass, the waiter was very friendly. A perfect restaurant for lunch and...or dinner.

we visited this restaurant on our last three visits. it has great food. pastas, salad and pizza. we had one of the best pizzas of all time! very authentic. it is a small, cozy place excellent, friendly service. usually filled with native! we highly recommend. close to the main train station, so very convenient for traveling!

trattoria amici westend is the perfect Italian. the whole restaurant has a very nice environment. the food offered there is so perfectly cooked Italian. at every bite they forget their everyday stress and is completely back and forth from the very good taste! the pizza that reminds me of my Italian holiday. the pasta is also very delicious! if you want to eat well, you should order here!

Okay, I haven't been able to get the taste of the lemon cream sauce out of my mind. It was superb, really superb. Light pockets of tortelloni, with a delicate sauce that were truly memorable. The other food was very good as well, and the...service was great the night we went. My husband had a pasta special, that he enjoyed. He ate every last bit of it (I didn't try it because I don't eat red sauce). But he was also very pleased with his meal. He was also very pleased with the bill, and the fact that we had a wonderful meal that was relatively inexpensive.
