We always eat here when in Orvieto because of the excellent pasta and the seasonal specials. My favorite is the Nido del Rondine the house specialty.

Tried the local specialty pigeon meat. The pigeon is cooked with olive, sage and vinegar. The dish was ok not for everyone and I personally had better pigeon.

Andati 2 sere di fila per cena. Ottimo locale e ottimo cibo, porzioni generose, ma non esagerate. Il servizio é ottimo. La cameriera che ci ha serviti era giusto un po' distratta, ma sicuramente competente.

Antipasto con salumi: ottimi. Pici al tartufo: eccellenti. Bistecca con salsa estiva accompagnata da verdure di stagione: ottima. Cheesecake al cioccolato della casa: eccellente. Servizio attento e cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Raccomandato! View menu

Caratteristica trattoria nel centro di Orvieto dove si possono assaporare piatti tradizionali come gli umbrichelli alla amatriciana veramente buoni o con cacio e fave , veramente particolare, ottimo l'antipasto misto con crostini e affettati locali e la degustazione di formaggi,buono anche il vino della casa .

Wow what a place! Best food we had in Orvieto, so much that we were scraping every drop off the plates! The staff was incredibly sweet and the best price point especially for the great quality. We were recommended this place by friends and I’m so glad we took their advice! Inside is very charming and cozy too. Thank you!!

We visited magical Orvieto for four nights. Trattoria del Moro was our favorite restaurant for dinner during our stay. We walked by at lunch time and saw how busy it was. Lucky we chose to make a reservation for dinner that evening. As a man...was leaving his lunch, he mentioned for us to be sure and try the bird’s nest pasta. I ordered it for dinner, and this was such a unique dish! The pasta with cheese and honey was delicious. Just discovered that the website includes a recipe for the bird’s nest pasta. I can have an Orvieto night at home! View menu
