The host and waiter treated us like family. The mussels and swordfish were absolutely delicious. The place is very popular with the local residents. It gets packed, so reserve well in advance!

La migliore esperienza gastronomica di pesce fino ad ora avuta a Mazzara del Vallo. La zuppa di cozze e il polipo è un ‘istituzione. La zuppa in particolare è come se fossero due piatti, le cozze prima e la “pappa” al pomodoro dopo. E’ d’obbligo la prenotazione.

tra i migliori ristoranti di pesce mai provato. qualità e freschezza del pesce come pochi. Raccomando la zuppa di cozze, spaghetti con taranthin e anche all'asterice. prezzi molto bassi considerando ma la qualità del pesce, assolutamente da provare anche se siete di palermo e provincia.

Il posto mi è stato consigliato da amici. Mi sono trovato benissimo. L'ora di pranzo era stata superata. Credevo che non accettassero più clienti. Invece sono stati gentilissimi e veloci nel servirci. Il cibo è ottimo. Abbiamo ordinato una frittura mista e cozze al limone. Il sapore del pesce fresco era evidente in ogni boccone. View menu

The fish is very good, the restaurant is always very busy, but efficient. Staff is prompt and friendly. Had the famous red giant shrimp and scampi for appetizers which were amazing . Had the local pasta which was ok. The fried baby squid was to die for. The price is ok, considering the quality of the fish. I give it 4 star only because the selection on the menu isn’t as outstanding, but otherwise, it’s a great place to have fish. It’s right on the waterfront, too.

Ristorante da 10 e lode! Il locale si trova di fronte al mare, è fresco (aria condizionata gradevole) spazioso, luminoso e pulito.Eravamo in 2 e abbiamo mangiato 1 porzione di :crudità imperiale,polpo al limone, pasta alla tarantina, calamaro grigliato, patate al forno, cozze al limone, 1 mezza bottiglia di vino e 1 bottiglia d'acqua. Tutto ciò alla cifra di 109€ Pesce fresco di buona qualità e servizio gradevole. Il ristorante accetta prenotazioni solo prima delle 20:00 dopo di che bisogna mettersi in fila. Un'altra particolarità del locale è che non servono dolci. Vista la grande affluenza, a fine pasto,i camerieri gentilmente esortano a lasciare il tavolo, ma nonostante ciò ne vale verame...

I planned to go to the trattoria delle cozze with a group of 16. Called the number numerous times, maybe 10, then finally got to speak with a woman. She asked how many, took the name for the reservation and we were ready to go. At night we travelled from a town near Trapani and got there on perfect time. The guy who was dealing with seating customers, checked on the book and said we didn’t have a reservation. Went inside, checked the book inside, nothing, out name nowhere to be found. We were told to go cause it was all full. No manager came out to apologise, to give us an alternative, to offer somethings for our next visit. 4 cars and 16 people turned away like nothing.
