She insulted my Italian colleague in a very ugly manner only because in a private conversation, my colleague told me that there was a grammatical error on the outside sign. They lost 8 customers just in one minute. I'll never come back to that restaurant."

I was happy to see the restaurant listed since I couldn't remember the full name. Loved the food, service and staff. Great bread and pasta, great sauce and wine. Reasonably priced and charming. Downstairs from street level, we weren't sure about the looks but it came highly recommended by another hotel guest and they were right. Try it!

We visited as a family and chose the restaurant based on location and reviews on TripAdvisor.We all enjoyed our various pasta and pizza meals. The restaurant was warm and the food was reasonably priced for Hamburg.Expect to wait long for service so be prepared to order your drinks and meal at the same time so to avoid waiting for the return of the waitress or waiter.
