"after ordering via Menu24.de and correctly filled delivery address with first and last name etc. (incl. description of the doorway) came after 45 minutes waiting time a call and we were directly loudly pampered on the phone and insulted, which is not possible we order but would not open to the supplier the door. he was supposed to have ringed three times and called three times, but what was wrong. it turned out that the supplier, despite specified names and descriptions of the way, has ringed quite differently, where not the name that had ordered. I am sore and very disappointed by the customer-friendliness, instead of asking for what is going on in a rest, then you could have settled it in a quiet way. but not so. to order: 1. pizza: was not cut, despite the indication that should be cut. taste was okay, but better. 2. mozzarella salat: is not worth the money. 3. Tins with chicken: quantity of ingredients were very little. on the meat, you could get on chewing gum, not a taste. will never be ordered there again, alone because of customer incompatibility."

we ordered carvings, pizza and döner. with this order we were very satisfied. the quality was very. we also ordered baklavat, this idea is brilliant. but unfortunately we had only received baklavat schnipsel. the driver had apologised and promised that we would be acquitted at the next order. from this reason there is a star to go. I give these two stars very strange, especially regarding the other reviews. For the first time, the size of the döner and the filling quantity is great! Super salad and vegetables, all really fresh. Unfortunately, however, the meat that was much of the crowd was extremely dry. When I ordered, the grill was made and already grilled meat. Probably the next dunes were perfect. But if, as written in other reviews here, you have 20 years of professional experience, you should realize that the meat will become unusable and provide the paying customer with the next layer of spears. It's really a pity just because the rest was so perfect, but with the experience I'm looking for another time.

if I could give 0 stars, I would do that. since the owner change it is the last place where I would order. 2x ordered and 2x came a wrong delivery 1 ordering the pizza rolls were not baked or if you could have eaten the raw teig we had this then again 14min in the oven so that you could eat it at all. dönernudel should be with bolognesesosse however there were noodles with chop meat and oil. 2 order dönerpizza. was then ne margherita pizza. maxi kebab was then a bowl with pommes meat and sosse. find the error where was the fladenbrot delivery time was far more than 1.5h. the chefin cannot hold the load with its kind and wise definitiw. I would never recommend ubeys and never more. unfriendly...
