"Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I waited for 3 hours, only to be spoken to by a manager in a completely unprofessional manner. The food arrived cold and I was told they wouldn't refund me unless I retrieved it from the bin. I can only give one star because the system won't allow zero stars. The experience was absolutely disgusting from the start. I placed my order at 6:10 PM and was promised delivery within 50 minutes. When I called the restaurant at 7:35 PM, I was informed that the driver had broken down but would be arriving soon. By 8:10 PM, the food had still not arrived, despite being just a munchy box. When the food finally showed up, it was cold, with the box tampered with. The manager showed no concern for the delay or the quality of the food. After refusing the delivery, I was told by the driver that I needed to return the food in order to get a refund. When I explained the food was in the bin, the manager's response was dismissive and unprofessional. She then proceeded to hang up on me twice, refusing to address the issue. Overall, the restaurant's behavior was extremely late and unprofessional, leaving me with no choice but to climb into my bin to retrieve the food for a refund."

Umars has new owners and is still OK for takeaway but the food is a bit different as I feel they are useing cheaper stuff but still OK and the delivery drivers are always very friendly View menu

Great wee takeaway was never really into pizza, but how have a Garlic Plus pizza every other night now as they are just the business. Delivery was prompt and glad I had a change from our usual Chinese.

I ordered lunch delivery from this restaurant and I was highly impressed. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. The only downside was the atmosphere, which I found to be just average. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal.

The food was absolutely shocking I ordered a 12 inch pizza and when opened the box I found pubic hair all over I hope nobody orders from here and they soon get shut down for good. Half of order arrived told driver to take it back and bring the whole order together and I would like it fresh not reheated. Also called shop straight away and told them the same. 1hr later shop called and said they had worked out what had happened when driver got back to shop. They asked if I wanted a fresh order sent out then sent the reheated food back within 10mins. Called and told them I wasn't happy and then driver and shop manager arrived at my door for an argument and still maintaining food was fresh...contacted just eat who refunded me 1/3 of order ....terrible service!
