"This is my go-to pizza takeaway spot. The prices are reasonable with a buy one get one free deal. The service is polite and efficient. My family and I all agree that the pizzas are delicious, with a superb base and toppings. They offer a variety of options, including lamb and chicken donner pizzas which I highly recommend. If you like your pizza spicy, this is the place for you, but they can also make them non-spicy. We have also tried their kebabs and their unique tandoori nan bread, which is baked fresh in a clay oven and used for the kebabs, setting them apart from other kebab restaurants. The only downside is that the delivery can be slow, so I prefer to order and collect instead. Overall, the food is excellent."

I absolutely adore unique pizza. Amazing quality for an amazing price. I don't know why some may think otherwise.

Very Very poor quality food! Small portions, over priced kebabs, soggy chips! Stay Away! Your better off making a sandwich!

A good resturant for pizza lovers and people who like kebabs. The resturant is clean and staff are friendly. The prices are reasonable. View menu

This local restaurant/takeaway consistently serves excellent chicken shish kebab. Every time, the chicken is juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The pizza here are average and much cheaper than the pizza hut which does take away and which is opposite the unique pizza but for what you pay they are fine, there are many other dishes in menu as well.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant, but after today, it will be my last time ordering from them. While my son was eating chicken tikka pizza, he found a piece of sharp plastic in his food. Thankfully, he was not harmed by it. When I called to speak to the owner about the issue, I was initially met with a language barrier. Eventually, I was able to explain the problem to another staff member who was polite and apologetic. Best to avoid this place Ordered late night take out Pitta Chips Cheese Poor quality poorly presented poor service no care no respect in preparation and seriously rude staff the likes I have never experienced “Pita crumbled into dozen pieces” When complained, it was portrayed as being my fault for ordering such a takeout meal!! I should have opted for the suggested Nan bread rather then Pita Manager attempted to salvage the situation but by which time it was way to late..

Perhaps Unique is an average kebab shop overall, but personally I absolutely love their pizzas. In my opinion they are the best that I've tried in London. My last (and usual) order was a large thin crust pepperoni pineapple pizza. It comes out quite oily but you can always roll some of the oil off. Otherwise it's really just such a good pizza! The staff aren't anything special, but once you've been there a few times they get to know you and you'll benefit from that relationship.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
