"First experience at Château La Coste, we decided to dine at Vanina. Very smiling and warm welcome from the room team. Very simple menu without too much choice. We took the two starters offered, the salad of Brussels sprouts, avocado, parmesan, very nice and fresh. The artichoke casserole with the brie was too salty too bad...plus with the foccacia which was also too salty for my taste. As a main course, the spinach ricotta gnocchi are very good, as well as the spaghetti with prawns, not bad but a little overcooked and no taste of garlic.. in summary, not a bad meal but a shame about the seasonings. Impeccable service."

I will not hesitate to raise the note when I have better feedback on the way employees are treated and paid. Pay them decently and honor your commitments to them. When you see all the restaurants that have trouble finding staff, it's odious to surf on your notoriety to exploit people. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An unforgettable moment in a sumptuous atmosphere and setting, the servers are professional and friendly, which ensures a good evening. The bartender Gaetan himself brought us his cocktails and explained them to us, which was a real pleasure. I highly recommend this restaurant for all kinds of occasions. Parking: Large parking lot Meal type: Lunch

Very nice and attentive service. A small menu with great regional ingredients. We had a mixed selection of starters which were delicate. The various pizzas were excellent. The ravioli with pumpkin and ricotta was delicious and beautifully presented. Two different cakes rounded off the lovely evening. The winery's rosé is also recommended. We'd love to come back. Service: Dine in

For the most expensive pizzas in the department, we expect exceptional quality. Except that the pizza chef does the worst on the anchovy pizza by putting cheese on it! That the coffee is undrinkable (undrinkable dull pot coffee with a broken coffee machine? without warning the customer and without saying a word) That the glass of wine costs 10, 12, 15 and even 17 euros for Côteau d'Aix advertised at 15 entilitres is served at barely 10 cl! Well, the pizzas were excellent, the place interesting, the service not bad but it's really not worth the bill!

"We had a wonderful experience in the Tadao Ando Restaurant at Château La Coste. The waiters were very friendly and fast. They took our orders promptly and also served quickly. As an appetizer we had the beets with goat cheese. It was a beautiful dish, the beets were fresh and the cheese was very tasty. Definitely recommended!!! We had three main dishes: 1) Seabass served on fresh spinach and tomatoes The fish was super fresh and cooked to perfection. The combination of fresh spinach with sweet cherry tomatoes was to die for! They were so sweet they almost tasted like candy. Definitely recommended!!! 2) Penne Pasta with mixed vegetables This dish was very easy, but super delicious! The pasta was housemade and the vegetables were fresh. Also recommendable!!! 3) Lamb cutlets with gravy, mushrooms and white beans in tomato sauce. This dish was actually a big disappointment. Comparing this to the other dishes we had. The quality of the lamb was great, but there was way too much fat on the side. Fat is good, especially for lamb, which gives it flavor, but in this case less would have been more. The mushrooms were fine, but a little bit over salted. The only good thing about this dish were the white beans in tomato sauce. They were absolutely delicious! As a dessert we shared the Cafe Gourmand and the rice pudding. The Cafe Gourmand was an espresso with some small desserts like a tiramisu, a macaron etc. Very nice! The rice pudding was awesome! The rice had a nice texture and the raspberries finished it off just perfect. Although the lamb was just marginal and frankly disappointing, everything else was absolutely fantastic. I can only recommend this restaurant!"
