"This restaurant has collapsed. Used to be great simple ordering and quick good meals. Now they are understaffed so severely that it takes minutes to get a menu, minutes to order and your meal sits in the kitchen while untrained staff struggle...to keep up. No bartender and no manager and no reception means that waitstaff do all the work with no training. Customers all around us were getting very frustrated and angry with disorganized situation."

NEVER AGAIN. Poor food, poor service. Terrible experience when a teenagers without any skill cooks for you. Dont even wanrt to think of the dishes we got, very dissapointing!

Imagine this situation : you are in berlin center and it starts to rain...your kid is hungry and starts crying...your wife is...as always !!! in bad moon because she couldnt find her right size after visiting the last shops !!! So then you can...go inside. This italian ambiance and the friendly staff would make believe that maybe it could be good...but no !!! You wont blame anymore the weather for sure !!!
