We love this chain, but this was a disappointing visit, place is way too crowded, the food was okay at best! Drinks were also just okay, disappointing from a restaurant we usually really enjoy.

Very tasty fresh cooked Italian food at t he Europa Center in Berlin. You very need long time for serving the food. Indoor and outdoor Places are available. High prices and particulary unfriendly stuff.

The headline says it all. Very slow service. Waited and waited. Lines were long and moving slow. The concept didnt work here. Plain food. No special taste. No spiciness or any flavouring. Slow. Plain. Dissapointing. View menu

Not to recommend if you're out for a quick bite. It's overpriced, you wait for ages in line just to sit down at a dirty, sticky table. Food is merely average pasta and pizza. Really, you can cook it probably better at home.

Good ambience but very slow service. The staff is very rude. I would not recommend this restaurant. I ordered a pizza and they gave us the wrong one and did not give a proper apology The second pizza was burnt. Very disappointing!

Sitting here now pm..no real q’s food fantastic, service brilliant, you receive a card at the desk downstairs, go upstairs and go to a station of your choice and order what you want, they give you a buzzer, when it buzzes your order is...ready. What a fantastic idea. Loved our food View menu

Where to start. No instructions on how the restaurant operated. Waited at the front desk for minutes but nobody came to help. Ventured upstairs to see what was going on. Asked for assistance to be met with rude staff. There were clearly queues of...people waiting for the food. No tables were being cleared. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing. The service was very slow. My partner was dealt with very rudely. They served us eventually one and then the other meaning the wait was even longer and we ate separately. Despite only doing one dish at a time, they forgot my starter and...the added feta cheese, making a poor tasting pasta even worse. Kind of damaged the brand for me.
