unfortunately the food arrived cold with us, apart from that, it was very delicious

the delivery was good and warm. the delivery time was as specified. that's all very good.

Unfortunately, the pizza was already cold and flew in the carton because it apparently has placed 50 of the cord pushed into the carton and softened it. pizza was tasteful, but good.

I ordered a pizza and got a cold teig lobe with tomato sauce. for the price and the additional charge for delivery a cheerfulness to sell such under the name pizza. unfit and not recommended.

that was great, but I had to get it myself. I saw the boom on the app tracker drive to the park along the road in the park and sit there for a dae. I waited for them outside the hotel, and they never tried to deliver the food.

vapiano can be found throughout Germany and other countries. it has a certain mood for it, but we find the vapiano in mainz to be acceptable with the pleasant Rhine river near, but give it a miss at the weekend due to crowding and slowness. food is acceptable without a special and limited range. the restaurant is nice enough, but crowding brings them to busy times. there are better decisions.

Like any other Vapiano in Germany; the concept is program; zero service and cantine food. The quality of the products is poor; the salads for example are yellowbrownish. The execution is poor; the pasta for example is soft and soaked with a mediocre sauce thrown...roughly into cheap bowls by some unmotivated kitchen staff. And overall the whole experience is just poor. Neither food nor drinks are convincing including the rediculous pricing! BUT if you really want to force yourself to eat at Vapiano, my advice is just to order a Pizza to enjoy at least the nice location at Fort Malakoff View menu
