The standards of restaurants in Florence are pretty good so it’s hard to find one that stands out and excels. But this is one. The food was very inventive and delicious. Which is great to have something different.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Not super easy to spot, but once inside it was a treat, both for eyes and the Palate. The service was great with young friendly waiters. I had feasent stuffed paccheri, yummi!!!! The desserts were to die for (new York cheesecake). Will definitely go back.

Locale in centro città ma tranquillo, sala unica non grandissima, ottimo servizio. Menù con poche proposte ma di qualità, con azzardi molto ben gestiti negli accostamenti degli ingredienti; piccole imperfezioni riguardo la frolla del dolce, sicuramente occasionale. Idee chiare nella gestione della sala da parte del Responsabile nonostante la giovane età. Prezzo del pranzo più che accettabile.

We wanted a quiet meal with nice wine after a busy day. This was on a list provided by our hotel and was a short walk. It has a very limited menu. But it was fabulous. A modern twist to classic recipes. We were welcomed with Spumante. We split a pasta and ordered secondi. Both were fantastic preparations. The wine recommendation was perfect. This is family owned. It is also an art gallery. Only seats about 20. It is very special.

We visited Vasari FoodArt quite by accident. We dined there as we walked past the restaurant and noticed the stunning design interior with beautiful local artwork. The food there was exquisite: a journey of flavour with tastes from the chef added in, each course playing into the next as would be expected in the great restaurants of today. Florence you are lucky to have such an incredible restaurant such as this one. I have come to Florence to help my future daughter in law arrange her wedding. We made reservation based on a recommendation from our wedding planner. Our meal and entire evening was so incredible we are now arranging the rehearsal dinner here because we cannot let our guest leave Florence without dining at probably the best food I have ever had. We look forward to our return to this incredible place. My favorite dishes were the revisited greek salad, strips of chestnut crepe with honey glazed pigeon thigh and ricotta casserole and spinach and ricotta ravioli with rabbit in dolce forte sauce. Una delle più interessanti scoperte di Firenze. Capito nel capologuo toscano, per lavoro, abbastanza spesso e, proprio una sera di fine dicembre, mi sono sono imbattuto casualmente in questo piccolo e delizioso locale. Da quella volta ci sono tornato altre 2 volte e ho fatto un’alta piacevole scoperta: nel menu ho trovato nuovi piatti, più freschi e in linea con la stagione, in sostituzione di altri più invernali. La cucina è davvero di altissima qualità; i sapori delle tradizione toscana vengono, con rispetto, rivisitati in chiave contemporanea. Dal deposito della Bottega Vasari è venuto fuori un posticino niente male! 'foodArt ' perchè c 'è una vera ricerca creativa e d 'impatto nei gusti e nelle forme dei piatti e perchè c 'è l 'idea carina di ospitare, in delle piccole nicchie nel muro, opere di arte contemporanea, diverse ad ogni cambio menù... L 'accoglienza è stata ottima, con spiegazione ed 'istruzioni ' del piatto; ottimi consigli del sommelier; l 'attesa perfetta e l 'atmosfera giusta per due. I ravioli con l 'astice sono ben farciti (4 ravioli da 60g l 'uno).
